carsntrucks4you Posted March 15, 2020 Posted March 15, 2020 Here the next quiz. As usual sent PM with Year, Make and Type. Special thanks go to matthijsgrit who gave the idea for this weeks quiz.
peteski Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 I like it, but no clue as to what it is. Looks somewhat reminiscent of another car though.
Hotrod 97 Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 Looks very familiar, but I can’t quite identify what it is.
Pete J. Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 Front end looks like an upside down Tesla! Other than that, I got nothing.

carsntrucks4you Posted March 19, 2020 Author Posted March 19, 2020 Lets give you a hint. The car is based on a rear engine car.

carsntrucks4you Posted March 19, 2020 Author Posted March 19, 2020 (edited) Ok it is a 4cylinder 51cui engine Edited March 19, 2020 by carsntrucks4you
carsntrucks4you Posted March 21, 2020 Author Posted March 21, 2020 This beauty is based on a FIAT 850. It used the engine and the chassis from the FIAT 850. The body was designed by Dany Brawand and manufactured at Moretti Motor Company in Turin, Italy. The Moretti 850 Sportiva was from 1965 - 1971, approx. 300 cars were build. The correct answer were sent in by ChrisR GeeBee porschercr dw1603 wku88 sjordan2 Richard Bartrop congratulations Thanks to matthijsgrit for this idea.
DonW Posted March 21, 2020 Posted March 21, 2020 I knew it was a Fiat based design by one of the 'Etceterini' car makers so prevalent in Italy around that time, but that's as far as I got. Good one!
sjordan2 Posted March 22, 2020 Posted March 22, 2020 You can see styling similarities in the Fiat Dino coupe.

DonW Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 Complete with those insane/gorgeous Cromadora wheels!
