Next will be to engineer the rear steps/ trailer hitch and build it. I don’t have any pictures so I’m going to do what I think they had. Mopar - D Posted June 7, 2021 Author Share Posted June 7, 2021 Thanks Jason, and here’s some more progress. I finished my engineering and scratch built the stairs and hitch. I’m going to start on the cab next looking like I’m going to be able to do some spraying this week with our weather. I’m also working on how I’m going to build the trailer. Be Well Gator Thanks Gator. I built the front bumper and put a PE muffler guard on the stack. Also working on the windows, I like to make a grove on the inside for the glass to get a good fit up. I’ve also received my Detroit 6-71 and started building it. I’m looking for the decals that comes with the Richard Petty Dart. I need the Petty Enterprise logo for the doors. I also worked on some of the trim on the cab. I need to paint the air intake Petty blue so I’m getting the Charger ready for the Petty blue so I can spray both at the same time.
