I've been following Mikes Model A for a while and have chatted with him online. Real nice guy. Here's what the A looks like now.

Never too much engine. ? Only insufficient chassis, tire, and most importantly, talent. ?

Anymore, talent assumed to come with good credit and influencers.
No. Just no.

Isn't that an 8-Series engine? I know some came with a v12......

M70 engine, in 750iL pre-02, and 760’s. Also in 850 in mid 90’s. Different from the BMW 12 in McLaren F1.
Couple variants. BMW just built last V12 sedan. Engine shared with Rolls-Royce. Final variants had low pressure turbos.
Sorry, I’m a V12 junkie. They don’t call it Bavarian Motor Werks for nothing.

I hate they did this to this poor ol' e9! Supposed to be pretty quick, though..........

Here's a pic from the article. Not much to read, but there's a video.

It looks like they to do nothing by EV conversions, and none of them are really slow, since even the slow ones .  Some years back he did a Karmann-Ghia and compared to stock, it was both a lot quicker and handled better than stock due to how the Non-Tesla motor puts down the power the battery placement without being overwhelming.  Then there's the Magnum PI era Ferraris and his personal VW Double Cab Transporter truck and Super Beetle that run Tesla power units and batteries.....those things make gobs of power and both are way quicker and handle far better than ones with the stock V8s and Flat 4s, again due to how those motors put down their excessive power and how he manages the weight balance in them.  The Ferraris are closer to 50/50 balance than before and the VWs are right about where the Ferraris were stock, if not better as well when it comes to weight balance.

I found this concept drawing on IG ( I hope it's okay to borrow? )...... It's meant to be an EV, but I think it would work as well, if not better, as an ICE vehicle......
