Brings back memories of all the lousy bumper jacks that came with my first few $300 “transportation” cars. We never had bumper jacks in the UK, bumpers on British cars back then were too weak skinny for those. Scissor jacks were just as bad really. I have many memories of using the scissor jack on cars with rotten sills where the car would drop and crunch the jack into the floor and get stuck there!
