My 29 pick-up was given to me by a friend in a poor state from an open used kit he got at a swap meet. All the parts used are from the box except for the wheels which are sourced from the revell/monogram 32 highboy Street rod kit. Paint is tamiya gloss black and light blue with clear pearl and matt black roof panel. Suspension has been worked to get the right stance. Flames are home made stencils. Critical feedback is welcome. Thanks Chris. Your Springboks are on fire brother. Our Wallabies didn't stand a chance. ??

I like the engine you went with. Nice to see something a little different. The stance and the wheels and tires look good on this.

Great job on the restauration. Giving a second life to a kit is very satisfying.

So true. Thanks Mario.

Nice save on the ole 29 Ford pickup.  I really like the old fat fender cars & trucks.  Great job.

Thanks guys. ??

The new paint job looks great on it, and those wheels and tires are a definite improvement!?

A new life for this little rod. Glad you kept the 4 banger. It came out really good.

Thanks John, I like to think outside the box.
