  1. I like it!
  2. Quite honestly, it is not something I would buy and I would rather see new tool money go towards better kits.
  3. Very nice update on a classic
  4. That show is always crazy and there is always something to buy. The body is super thing, almost feels like a vacuum formed body. I mainly bought it for the novelty of it, and for only a couple of bucks, why not? Yeah, I skipped Brookhurst on this trip, had to get home early, but I will definitely do the circle on the next trip. Show, Brookhurst, Burbank and Pegasus.
  5. From the Kit Collectors Show in Garden Grove, CA Scored a Monogram Honest Engine built up in a bag, for only $3! Along with an Equipment Limited Cement Mixer for only $2! Got this resin body for a couple of bucks as well. i think I need the Revell Skyliner to finish it.
  6. I was there today and they did not have any. And the shelves where fully stocked.
  7. No engines in them and from what I have seen and heard, they build up really nice.
  8. With a few corrections, this should be just fine!
  9. I am fine if they never make a stock vehicle ever again! Give me this type goodness all day!
  10. I am not going to worry about who is or is not buying anymore. As long as they make it I will buy it. If it ends, so be it.
  11. My Uncle Tony was a model builder and he let me help in building some kits now and then and that is the cause for some great memories, and I am just really happy that most of those kits are readily available once again!
  12. Bring them back! Bring them back! Bring them back!
  13. Revell's revenge! Comes with a Kustom option!
  14. Bill is correct on many points, but, I must say this. Collectors where clamoring for a Sizzler and they got a Sizzler. Revell replicated it warts and all in a smaller scale and put it our there, we ate it up until we started really looking at it. Now we want better detail and less nostalgia out of it. Is this Revell's fault or the consumers who where asking for it? Use it for parts or just slap it together as a slump buster. True, Revell could have made a steak out of it, but we got a dollar cheeseburger, but, I like cheeseburgers too. And yes, after looking at my kit and some other stuff, like the AMT Double Dragster, i must concede, the tires are bad.
  15. Oh, they are going to fix it for you alright!
  16. Can't wait to grab one for myself! Thanks for the previews!
  17. More variations on the '29 and '30 Fords
  18. I hope it comes with that front "Spoiler" LOL!
  19. I have yet to compare the kits next to each other, but yes, it looks like the just shrunk the Sizzler
  20. Well, here is a K-88 Chassis, what I am assuming is what the kit represents, with some rather small tires on it.
  21. They should make a funny car out of this and then I would buy it!
