  1. Its sure coming along nicely, I like how you took a different approach rather than red and white.... like i did....
  2. more: The white on the rear tyres is from superglue... the exhaust is leftover from Revells 70 Challenger it fits almost perfect just need to modify it a little to match up to the motor... let me know what you think...
  3. Very nice, what brand of paint did you use? that metal flake is awesome...
  4. Thanks john, as for door handles i might make them, they worked out alright on my Metalicar: I've almost finished the Valiant so i will be able to get back to the Biscayne soon...
  5. Amazing job blending the two, looks very cool.
  6. What a project... amazing scratch building, i will be watching closely....
  7. Nice i like the colour, i will be watching this closely, I would like to see your other 58's..
  8. Nice progress, any idea for colour? i think a pale blue with white roof would look cool.. just a thought......
  9. Love the brown, it suits it nicely with all that chrome, it turned out great..
  10. Beautiful rat, I love the weathered paint, it makes me want to make one....
  11. Your first?.. It looks incredible, looks almost real and the detail is great. truly awesome.
  12. Very nice, i wish i could weather my models this good... it looks very realistic.
  13. Looks amazing, I love the weathering and the 1/16 engine looks superb. Really nice work.
  14. I have almost finished just need to make some wheels for it and add the licence plates.... I didn't put a driver in it as i have decided to not make a diorama for it yet.. if i need to i can easily pop it appart and add the driver for the diorama later. the reason for it is i have got a few builds lined up (probably 4 or 5 months worth) and after those are done the truck will take quite a while to complete so there is not much point making a big diorama unless I've got the truck. Enjoy:
  15. Thanks everyone. David - The wheels i havn't got yet, i cant find anything close so it looks like they will have to be scratch built. anyone know of something similar to this: It is basically done now, but its on its roof with glue drying so i couldn't take pictures. i should have pics soon. here's the interior for now... that white stuff is PVA glue for the dash, i took the dash out for the pic as it was in the way..... I modified the wheel so it was like the valiant an added Davids suitcase on the back seat. the interior isn't exact but its close. more soon.
  16. Thanks Jeremiah and Richard. Here it is foiled and with badges. The PE Biscayne and Chevrolet script came from the 67 impala PE parts. Not exactly accurate but sure looks better than trying to paint it on.. Let me know what you think.
  17. Thanks Charlie. Here is a link to the other one i was talking about. http://www.therpf.com/f11/1-25-plymouth-valiant-spielberg-s-duel-168486/
  18. Got more of this done: just needs front and rear lights, radiator, front bumper and a few other bits then its done. Let me know what you think.
  19. Nice, it would look perfect in a junk yard...
  20. Awesome, I look forward to more....
