  2. Small update, i got the cab and front fenders painted, only to get fish eyed all over the place but its nothing a little sanding and a reshoot wont fix!
  3. Cant wait to see it Clayton! Im dying to dig into mine, but i gotta get this Paystar done first!
  4. That things wild man! I like it!
  5. i think i bought the last one actually, because i checked his site a few days after ordering and it said out of stock on the sleeper cab and the 1950's hood conversion
  6. Awesome! I love going to shows! Just wait till ur little ones old enough to take with you!
  7. Thanks for the info Mark! Yes its the one listed as hunter, nc but its actually near boone. I actually contacted the guy and it was indeed repowered with a 250 cummins and a fuller 10 speed. It originally had a 220 cummins and Mack twin stick. Too bad because i really wanted that truck, but i want something that at least has origial "type" equipment, but thanks again for the reply!
  8. I cant get over the wheels on this thing! Was the 4200 the only truck with these wheels?
  9. Dave is tje man, i ALWAYS call and order over the phone because he will answer any question hes able too, hes great to deal with!
  10. Clayton helped me with this issue, if you are using internet explorer, it wont work, tou have to use google chrome as your search engine, then it will work....hopefully!

  14. Congrats Clayton! NOTHING will ever be the same and it will all be worth it!
  15. The guy told me it had a twin stick at first, and he told me the engine and trans was original, then he came back and said it was a single stick with a hi/lo switch. Im startin to smell a rat! I know a cummins could be ordered but most macks back then had mack engines...oh well, i think we're gonna can this one!
  16. My brother and myself are looking at buying a 62 model B73 with the l model cab, but the guy says it has a cummins which isnt too odd, but he said its a single stick with a hi/lo flipper which sounds a little off to me, can anybody clear this up for me?
  17. Detroit diesel all the way in my opinion, maybe a 6v92t. I believe auslowe has them. Other than the Detroit... At CAT 1163 or 3208. This is a neat looking truck, i really like it!
  18. Very nice, love the subject matter!
  19. Awesome job Dennis! Looks great behind the KW! I agree with the other guys, the Rogers decals look great as well!
  20. I wrote round 2 a while back suggesting a wheels and tires parts pack....without any response.
  21. Nice build so far, and I agree with JT on the nick name! One little suggestion though, if it were me, I would drill a hole the size of the rear "pin" on the air horn so you have something to securely glue the horn into... Just a suggestion!
