  1. Really nice work . Great work on the grill too. The 73 Mustang is one of my personal favorate's as this was the year I was born
  2. Beautiful Merc . Is it the AMT kit?
  3. Looking good Mike . I'm not 100% sold on the bumper but hey its your truck I like the idea of minimal lights
  4. You will most likely need a longer shelf ....? If your planning on hooking up to that Pete its going to be long, Even longer if you have the ramps down.
  5. I was wrong yellow looks great . That's great Brian
  6. I look forward to seeing it too Nick its a very nice kit .
  7. The body is very good . It looks like you got the basic shape. I would be tempted to put some braceing in the body so it doesn't fold up on you when your working it.
  8. Fantastic...!
  9. Very cool Brian . My 4 year old daughter said she love's it and she wants one NOW
  10. Progress has been made The carpet is a mix of black and bright green Kens fuzzy fur. the Chassis has been cut and moved back 2mm for a perfect wheel base. The front wheels now miss hitting fender thankfully. The hood has come on a lot too . I have added a brass rod down the middle and filled along it to get the peak. The rear lights need a bit more work as the resin insert just stretches the bumper out of shape . The front light doors have been cut and I'm planning to make the doors lift After some work the seats are close to the car pattern . The roof has been a major head ache for me and I am still not happy with the result...! After three attempts I managed to get a stippled effect but it looks nothing like the gator skin As always comments good or bad welcomed or if you have any ideas on how to get the roof correct
  11. I just dont know what to say really .....! I'm just stunned at the skill and how well you have done . That's wild Lloyd. When do you plan on finishing the paint?
  12. Looks good in white good pics as well
  13. That's really cool . I would love to find a long bed for the Dodge project that's been stalled forever on my shelf of shame
  14. Just got my order from Model Huas a Perfect 1957 Mercury Turnpiker . Top marks to the team I'm very impressed with it . Its just a shame the end is getting closer
  15. Fantastic workmanship . If I had any input on this superb rig I would vote for the cab to be the same colour as the chassis .....! I just wish it was mine
  16. Nice work so far mod3l Lover is right. You could also so check out Mr Obsessive's 59 Impala build where he did a step by step tutorial on how to do door opening the right way. Best of luck I will also be following along
  17. Fantastic wild painting skills Lloyd Cant wait to see it finished (I bet you cant wait either )
  18. Thanks Brian / Rich John Yes I think white with lavender accents and Chrome would be nice . Your right about the chassis too. That red oxide sticks out like a sore thumb doesn't it
  19. Thanks John ive been modelling for a long time now but scribing still scares the stuffing out of me
  20. Love it everything is spot on . I would like to get one of those one day . What does it build like?
  21. I have thought of shifting the front frame back a MM or two . As a quick fix we will see
  22. Really nice work John . How do you scribe the panel lines so strait and clean? Every time I try to do scribing I end up going wonky or just plain old Fing it all up
  23. Nice I would love to find a 60 and a 61. are you going to restore the 61? Who makes the resin 60 body?
