sanded the body tonight ....turned out great after building that cab out of several lose parts , doesnt involve a lot of extra work

awsome build quality , the macro shot of the interiour just shows that really dig it .. the colors just pop out of the screen here

nice kit!! my wife does not give pointers to me conserning modelbuilding hubcaps > i would say the ones on the bottom left with the straight line popping out

whow thnx for the awsome reply !! and well it was ment to be that the cat jumped on the body , now imo its turned into something very different and the chassis of the woody kit together with a old roofless deuce body already give me a chance to create something out of thos parts ... but thats just to compliment the current project a transporter / flatbed i already posted a wip

put some new tyres in the rear wheels and just put this on the table and started to think waht to do at the back then it hit me , use teh chassis and engine from the dan fink woody witch i used the body from for the towtruck build and i had a loose deuce body with no roof lying aound ....and make a salt lake racer to put on it

started this after posting the topic and i already had a good head start today chassis then used the engine from the kit i was thinking of using a ford v8 but i will keep the hood closed and a removable hood would ebcome too flimsy atm with the cab in several sections then started to build the cab getting some idea's the kit includes tyres from hard plastic instead of rubber so i looked in the partsboxes and used these rubber ones then channeled the cab and set it nice and low , not to low , still needs to be a kind of flatbed truck tyres still run free and the whole assembly still steers

hi all , saw this kit for sale and had to buy it straight away , back in the day people here got their license in a opel blitz , they where made from van like to mild truck like this one.. when they passed the drivers test they got a lisence for car and truck in one go so far the boring part , just knew i had to hotrod this kit and i decided to trun it into a hotrod flatbed transporter the shapes are so perfect to hotrod it

hi , this started on the base of a 1953 ford pick-up kit from amt , after some work there was a accident involving the chopped and narrowed cab and a cat after that i used the body of a dan fink speed wagon to make a woody cab .. something different then usual its pretty bad weather where so i had to make some shots inside , i will add some nice outdoor shots later on .. next to my other creations towing thanx for watching

well i painted the exhaust pipes dark grey i did not like the chrome and kept the end tips chrome .. i hated teh stance and the axle was mounted how it had to be for the 1953 kit , i already did that in the beginning , now i took a new axle and placed it more up front rear wheels are fixed on forgood already and with the front wheels loose on this is about the ride hight / stance with the engine and the grille loose in front of it then took chrome and painted the diamond plating silver this already shows betetr the clear coat on the green because now the silver creates reflections , i'll bet when i can make some good pics with daylight it all will show better
