Major bummer about the pillars. I can say ive done that several times polishing, cant say many survived after that. Still looks great! Hope the damage can be repaired.

That frame gets me! I just won a 1/43 Starter resin Shelby Daytona coupe for a pretty good price on Ebay. As soon as i find the right paint i will build that one, maybe i will get the balls to start the Gunze Cobra shortly after.

Maybe a much smaller and more realistic belt would allow the hood to close. -
Just started One of my Gunze Sangyo Ferrari 250 GTO the other day, been avoiding it mainly because of the cost and fear of screwing it up. As soon as i pick up some extra brass to make the frame out of and find a nice engine for it i will be starting mine. Been looking at it for year now. Its my most expensive kit ive bought to date. Than and the Gunze Ferrari v12 250 GTO.

Mustang Mach III, i have one ive been working for a year. This kit seems to find me all the time. In the last year i have had 2 given to me and got another 4 in parts lots or kit lots. They are like nascars, cant give them away.

Its been a eventful last month for me. Spent several tens of thousands on model building!!! These came from Hobby Lobby clearance. Stack them on top of each other so the window closes more. Use some thick clear plastic or plywood cut the size of the open window and install 2 dryer vents (wall vents) in it. Add weather stripping around the premier to seal it up. -

Went to Hobby lobby and bought 4 kits and 2 HO train sets. Gotta love clearance items. I spent less than 150.00 on them.

Lol......yep, I got several of those but it still took 6 months to get the body. Got a house on Wednesday. Pretty cool.
