  1. just a little progress
  2. well through algebra 2, biology, and advanced lanquage arts all as a freshman I have had almost zero build time but im making it work, heres a small update, not loving the cowl fit but hey its the best I could do for it fit wise painted engine bay, just need to fill the base of windshield area and paint it too the mesh and headlights, all of this will be covered and not seen and just one of the side, im very proud of myself seeing how nice the paint looks comments, and suggestions welcomed!
  3. wow some real nice work and that rear end is a model in itself!
  4. looks great!, nice job converting it from a curb side!
  5. I like the first set, either way it should look good!
  6. looks like a good start Niko! any more progress on this?
  7. thank you, I think im going towards the cragers
  8. I dug through the wheel box and found some cragers, reversed chrome steel, and some regular steel wheels. I think the cragers all the way around or the crager fronts and reversed rears look pretty good.
  9. this will be a future project that I want your input from. just got the kit today and I know which direction its going, a drag car of course but I couldn't decide on wheels. I thought id try maybe the semi sleeper look by keeping the stock fronts and stock hubcaps on some meats in the back. also I thought stock fronts and some slots in the rear, I have other wheel options like torque thrust II's and centerlines, etc but I thought Id stray from the popular wheel choices and see what you guys thought about this. heres the stock setup and slots and stock fronts good, bad whats your opinion?
  10. Welcome to the forum Adam! I see youre a sophomore, im a freshman so its cool to see another young builder around my age! nice job so far, I would recommend a clear coat and a polishing kit to really make the paint pop!

  17. I think it looks great! one tip is taking pictures outside improves the lighting and the quality of the pictures, it looks well built and nice job on it! BTW Welcome to the forum, theres a lot of knowledgeable people here to help you out!
  18. nice work!
  19. Heres what ive accomplished, new dominator finished completely scratch built fittings and fuel regulator and then all painted, as you can see I need to do touch a few areas up. also I scratched the lines from the master cylinder to the distribution block.
  20. Well its been almost two months but im back at it, went through a move and finally settled in and back to the bench, high school has gave me more homework so its sucking away bench time but I will have it done soon!
  21. 375 horse is nothing especially these days but a mild 383 stroker making 500, 550 horse with that small of an exhaust you will have back pressure. on that application its a model, its not a real 383 stroker, its plastic so nobody would know if it was making 550 horsepower all I was saying is if that was a real drag car and it did make a bit of horsepower that constrictive exhaust would create some back pressure.
  22. very nice job, but that thing would not run good if it were a 1:1 because that exhaust would be highly constrictive reducing flow and creating some back pressure. still nice job on your nova.
  23. interesting design but looks very ugly
  24. Well being 14 I wouldn't be able to help much money wise but other than that i could give him advice and kind of get him started
  25. I agree if ford would have made a panel version if the wagon it would look much cooler same thing with the vega panel expresses I think they look much better than the wagons.
