Paint looks great!

I love the paint and weathering

Really nice job and the paint looks great but IMO that hood scoop looks ugly.

Suggestions ideas for any details I should add? I'm open to anything!

It should be done by next week or the week after, all I have left to do is finish the brake lines, core support and radiator, and fuel lines then its final assembly.

interior should be done after the tach is in. seat is finished, harness done, chute done, dominator done, chute looks pretty good and looks the same as the 1:1 on my dads vega and dominator from Futrattraction is painted and the boosters are in. I think I got the color spot on compared to my dominator on my vega comments,suggestions,advice appreciated

this firebird I have been working on for a while ill do a little work and then put in its box and then pull it back out etc. I just pulled it out and I had the idea to make it look like the suspension travel is out and it would be just barely yanking the wheels maybe a few inches in real life. I made new longer struts to show the suspension travel out and I had some magnets that fit in the back that had enough weight to achieve the look I want but the problem is with the engine and hood and everything in the magnets don't have enough weight to still pull the wheels so what im asking is do you guys have any other suggestions for how I can get the car to pull the wheels off the ground and sit on the wheelie bars? heres some pics the new strut

That story is amazing! I love elcaminos and a Pontiac palomino would have been very cool and probably a huge hit like the elcamino. Should be awesome to watch this build

Don't judge teenagers. I don't know if he's one but there's the dying out breed like me who know alot about 1:1 mechanics and vehicles. Some even know more than other adults on here, so theres no need to judge us teens.

There comes a point when people start swapping engines because the engine is just better. An example is people swapping LS engines into the 5.0 mustangs. people do it because the LS engines are a great platform and you can make crazy amounts of horsepower with them.

The hood hole doesn't matter it still looks great!

I don't understand how any man would be embarrassed to be in one, I get if you didn't like the looks of it but it definitely doesn't look embarrassing

I guess all of this is based on opinion because a lot of people would not be embarrassed at all to be in a delorean or a 4x4 or a hummer, my dad was a in the military and being around the H1's all the time hes fond of them and he likes them and both of us would love to have a H1 , heck I would take one over my chevy Luv

By tomorrow night I should have the whole interior complete except for the seat and the Simpson 5 point harness. That will be done as soon as I have the patience to spend 5 hours to put it together

not much of an update but its something, on the 8th I placed an order at futtracation for two sets of dominators a 9 inch rear end and a b&m pro stick kit that comes with two. so ill be using one of the dominators and I put the pro stick together and here it is, its a little fiddly but looks great when done. again with this terrible camera it cant depict what im trying to take a picture of so I ended up using my ipod as a background and managed to kit it to see it and get a clear picture. and in the interior it looks sweet! comments, suggestions, criticism appreciated

I can't believe the H2 is on the list, they must have interviewed all girls for that to be one
