  1. Very cool. Have this on the stock pile and it'll look well beside my Mk2. Very well made!
  2. Lovely Charlestone. My parents had a few of these.
  3. Thank you so much everyone, it means so much! The decals are Hobby Design decals, my friend bought them for me so I'm not sure from where.
  4. Flawless. Absolutely perfect. Favourite kit, favourite car. I love it, I'd love to get another kit of it and make it as good as this one. Where'd you get the RoadRunner decals can I ask? Congrats on the great news too!
  5. Thanks very much! I wanted the pace bar but couldn't find anything over here and wasn't willing to buy a kit I didn't want purely for a light bar.. I'll find one eventually, there's always time for it to be put on
  6. I like Skylines, okay? This has been by far my most challenging paintwork and decal work... Base kit was Aoshima's Nismo Z-Tune Skyline, with Hobby Design Decals. Apart from that, kit is stock. Paint consists of 3 colours - Mercedes Polar White, Volkswagen Tornado Red and Tamiya Black. And the finished product... Thank you for looking, all comments are very much appreciated
  7. Hahah, she's perfection with a capital P!
  8. Yes, it's valuable. I wish they would reissue it again, it costs a bloody fortune...
  9. Sigh, yes, that song that everyone has to bring up when I say I'm a fan...
  10. That rust is spectacular, how'd you manage that?? Great stuff
  11. Hahah, go for it! Show us whatcha can do.
  12. Thanks for the comments everyone! I know it could certainly be better with more effort but as said, it'll do for a shelf model, and it filled in time between my current major build which shall be finished up in a few days @Harry - As said, it's Sophie Ellis-Bextor, my favourite singer, and yes, she's very easy on the eye indeed.. She was my last icon also: Along side being the inspiration for my previous "big build", Wanderlust. Thanks again!!
  13. This is a kit I really wish they'd reissue. Great job on the seats, almost seems strange not seeing it built in a Calsonic livery...
  14. Very nicely done. White isn't the easiest colour to pull off and you've done it greatly.
  15. This is just Revell's snapper kit, I found it in a drawer ages ago and decided to give it a new lease of life. So I gave it a quick spray and some detail painting on the interior. Just wanted it off my bench, but I'm calling it done for now... Some things weren't on it when I got it, like the headlight lenses and the chrome for the mirrors but I'm not that bothered really. I'll probably paint the grilles eventually. Thanks for lookin'
  16. Thanks very much everyone, very much appreciated!
  17. Camo was hand painted with a brush, all free hand with no masking. Thanks very much!
  18. Hahah, a Herbie would do the job there!
  19. Hahah thank you, yeah the hand painted stuff was ridiculously hard. Then the camo got covered up by everything which was heartbreaking. All in good practice...
  20. Frankly I'm just proud the hobby seems to be stronger here than I thought! There was a time here I was the only one that I could see posting... Glad that's changing
