Does anyone have a technique to duplicate wrapped exhaust pipes? I'm talking about the wrapped tape around the pipe. I considered scraps of old t shirt & white glue but perhaps there is a better way. Any thoughts?

You are right about the B5 blue. I had my '68 Barracuda painted that color last year & for a factory color, there are all kinds of variations. At a car show a couple of weeks ago, I parked next to a '69 Super B in B5 blue & they looked completely different. I guess it depends on who mixes it.

FYI Mopar engine compartments are always painted body color back in the day.

Gtam kits got correct fender but the wheels & tires seemed off scale - that being said it wouldn't hurt to grab a wheel set from Scale Production! I found a set of Fugimi 14" Panasport wheels that work perfectly with the kit tires & look period correct. I've heard this complaint before about the wheel/tires being too big. I disagree. Thats the whole point for the body modifications to accomodate larger racing tires.

One of my current projects is the Gunze Alfa Romeo 2000 GTAm with the correct AutoDelta body. I can see how those fender bulges would be problematic. They sure enhance a beautiful little sedan though. Gives it a mean look.
