It doesn't sound like Builder's block is your problem Eric. It sounds like you have too many ideas and each new idea overtakes the last one. Fiddle around with each idea, maybe do a few mock-ups to see which idea is going to keep your interest before you commit to the project. And after committing if the project loses your interest put it aside-no harm done.

Yep this particular version of the OC Vette did not have the rear wheel arch extensions. Just leave the fender flairs off. Later versions had both the front and the rear flared.

What's silly is Brady felt he needed an unfair advantage in order to compete. And it wasn't just the AFC Championship game. I'm sure he has been doing it for years.

The Defategate report is out - looks like Brady ordered (and paid) to have the balls under-inflated . I guess cheaters do win. And sometimes more than once!

Thanks Randy. Primer coat revealed a few issue but nothing to serious. Here I have used Tamiya's Fine Gray Primer but I use Dupli-Color frequently. I still need to extend the panel line below the door sill that defines the front fender.

Thanks Shay. Yea next to the dark blue of the car the wheels wont look as dark. I like the '78 livery with the red/green nose stripes, like in your photo. However I am building the '79 championship winning livery that doesn't have those stripes.

Thanks Randy. No removable valve caps or threaded lock nuts like you would have done but they add a bit of detail.

Fireball's wheel set looks even better painted. Color is a little on the dark side, but the car will be dark blue so I think it will be fine.

Not yet Maxx. I should have them in a week or so.
