Gene I have learned the hard way to test fit and mockup as much and as often as possible. You still my end up with an issue during final assembly but they will be a lot fewer.
We all make mistakes. What's that old saying in racing; If you ain't wrecking, you ain't trying.
I have noticed that if you use the same batch of solution over and over again it loses its effectiveness. However I just opened a bottle that I have had for at least 3 years and it worked like a charm.
Tim, here is a very basic wiring diagram that should get you going. An internet search always helps me when I need information like this. Do a search on the MCM forum as well. Chances are someone else has asked a similar question.
Thanks Randy. I made the pulleys from tubing, sheet styrene and hex rod. Basically just stacked them up. The smaller pulleys are made from solid rod. I turned a ball bit (in a pin vise) to scallop out the ends and then pin mounted them with some .020 brass rod.
I would check with R&MCoMD about a restoration transkit for the Little T. I know Norm did a restoration kit for the Blue Beetle and the Black Widow IIRC. He may have all the restoration parts for the Little T, even if they are not bundled into a set.
Me too Joe. I wish I knew what kit it came out of, I would like to have a few more. It was a mess when I found it covered with paint and glue. I cleaned it as best as I could.
Another baby step. Found a decent alternator in the parts box. The alternator bracket isn't great but once all the belts are on it will be difficult to see anyway.
