  1. Paint looks good Steve. I hope the pinstriping is successful for you - not something I would attempt.

    Ferrari 250 GTO

    Very nice.
  3. Made the mounting flange for the rear quarter windows, not how they did it on the 1:1 but similar to what they did on the Carrera GT Relocated and opened the torsion bar access hole in the rear fender to align with the chassis Made the air intake panel on the engine cover - not provided in the kit
  4. Nice work.
  5. Progress on the Abarth interior.
  6. Looks to me that the numbers were placed on the 1:1 haphazardly to begin with. Frustrating, but I would move forward with the build.
  7. Is making music through a computer the same as playing an instrument?
  8. Not very interesting but working on the wheel wells. In addition to being different shapes they are not aligned side-to-side with one side being more forward on the body than the other. Trying to minimize the difference with subtle reshaping.

  11. I am from southwestern PA originally, welcome to the forum.
  12. Creating a painting by hand and creating one on a computer – both are art and require skill but are not the same. Physical modeling and 3D modeling both require skill and creativity but are not the same.
  13. Fujimi 356 on a stand I built.
  14. These are just wheels I'm using for mockup Maxx.
  15. Welcome Tom.
  16. Nice work.
  17. Looks great.
  18. Nice work Pierre. Resin kits do take extra effort but they are worth for the subject matter.

I lived thorough that day at the Pentagon. It is seared into my memory. To hell with those that try to claim it never happened or the FBI did it!
  20. Very nice.
  21. Thanks Pierre. I'm doing research on the '64 Sebring cars in hopes that I can build one. The body sits level so that was what I was after for stance. The cars were designed with significant clearance at the front wheels.
  22. Happy with the stance on the Abarth but need to address the discrepancy in the front wheel openings.
  23. AMT's long nose Mustang F/C for reference.
  24. Decided to have a go at building a car dolly for the 356s. I made the supports removable so that I can adjust it to fit other cars. Had to add a few more braces since mine isn't made of steel.
