  1. Gotta admit Harry, even though it may not be period correct, it's a flawless paint job. Great job again Tulio.
  2. Those are pictures of the real car! They can't be of a model.... Another stunner from the Jedi Master of the model car world. I'd love to see you do a "How to" of your painting techniques Tulio. Don
  3. A really nice build J. Love the paint theme. What tires and rims did you use?
  4. Absolutely one of the BEST I've ever seen Steve. I'd love to know how you do your upholstery with the pipping. Very realistic. Also, do you send your bumpers/grill out to be chromed or is this Alclad?
  5. Was following this On The Workbench and missed the finished build till now. Holy Schnikes! That is absolutely one of the best built, cleanest, coolest, most impressive model cars I've ever seen. Steve, you are the master! Add me to your fan club.
  6. That is a gorgeous build and I love the color. If you don't mind me asking, whose paint did you use and what was the color of blue?
  7. Great start! Davey was one of my favorites back in the day. Too bad his life was cut so short in that helo crash. No telling how many championships he could have won.
  8. Wow! That is so in the weeds cool. Chop is amazing as well. Great job!
  9. Not to hijack this thread but I'd love to see what you could do with that '32 and '36 Ford conversion Tulio. Give it a go and post in the WIP.
  10. Awesome build! Love the stance and those wheels are killer.
  11. Any updates to this build? Simply amazing so far.
  12. Another masterpiece from the Jedi Master of Model Cars!
  13. Gorgeous Galaxie. Wish I could get mine to come out half as good. You rocked this one!
  14. Tony, Hope the interested gets rekindled. This is such a great build and I love all Woodies! Please reconsider and dust this one off.
  15. Another masterpiece in the works! You got this one Tulio.
  16. Loving this build. Have one in the stash ready for a stock build. I like your painting rig for holding all the parts while you paint the main color. How do have the parts held on? Masking tape? Clay? Glue? Just curious as it looks like a neat way of gathering everything together when the paint can or airbrush is in use.
  17. Ray, That is such a crazy build and super cool idea. I've wanted to do this on one of my builds as well but am stumped on what rear axles to use. If you don't mind sharing, can you let us know which kit(s) you used for the rear axles? Thanks, Don
  18. Thanks all for your input. Looks like I'll pick up the AMT kit and start from there. Cheers
  19. Tried a Google search to see if anyone compared the AMT to Revell kits or even a review on this website but came up empty. It's possible I didn't go far enough but I'd like to know who makes the best AC Cobra kit in 1/25 scale. Thanks for the help. Don
  20. Looking awesome Paul. Are you going to add some tubs to the chassis? Looking to do this to my AMX Javelin.
  21. Thanks Rob. Fingers crossed Round 2 offers these up as a parts pack.
  22. I have those tires and they have Goodyear Polyglas GT on both sides. Looking for a good set of redlines that will work for 60's musclecars. I've done the redline decal thing with limited success. The tires that come with the Roadrunner kit are some of the best I've seen in my very limited model car experience. Don't suppose Round 2 would listen to us if we asked them to offer these in a parts pack...
