Those are pictures of the real car! They can't be of a model....
Another stunner from the Jedi Master of the model car world. I'd love to see you do a "How to" of your painting techniques Tulio.

Absolutely one of the BEST I've ever seen Steve. I'd love to know how you do your upholstery with the pipping. Very realistic. Also, do you send your bumpers/grill out to be chromed or is this Alclad?
Was following this On The Workbench and missed the finished build till now. Holy Schnikes! That is absolutely one of the best built, cleanest, coolest, most impressive model cars I've ever seen. Steve, you are the master! Add me to your fan club.
Great start! Davey was one of my favorites back in the day. Too bad his life was cut so short in that helo crash. No telling how many championships he could have won.
Loving this build. Have one in the stash ready for a stock build. I like your painting rig for holding all the parts while you paint the main color. How do have the parts held on? Masking tape? Clay? Glue? Just curious as it looks like a neat way of gathering everything together when the paint can or airbrush is in use.
Ray,
That is such a crazy build and super cool idea. I've wanted to do this on one of my builds as well but am stumped on what rear axles to use. If you don't mind sharing, can you let us know which kit(s) you used for the rear axles?
Thanks,
Don
Tried a Google search to see if anyone compared the AMT to Revell kits or even a review on this website but came up empty. It's possible I didn't go far enough but I'd like to know who makes the best AC Cobra kit in 1/25 scale. Thanks for the help.

I have those tires and they have Goodyear Polyglas GT on both sides. Looking for a good set of redlines that will work for 60's musclecars. I've done the redline decal thing with limited success. The tires that come with the Roadrunner kit are some of the best I've seen in my very limited model car experience. Don't suppose Round 2 would listen to us if we asked them to offer these in a parts pack...
