  1. WOW! What a stunner! Fantastic paint job Jurva.
  2. Fantastic build. One of the most realistic finishes I've ever seen in a car model. How did you do your carpeting? They looked just like the ones I had in my '71 Bug.
  3. Another stunner Tulio. Do you deepen the panel lines before paint or are these straight from the box?
  4. This has been one of my holy grails. It was the first model kit I ever finished on my own. I painted it with light blue paint-by-numbers oils and couldn't figure out why it took over a week to dry. I was probably 9 years old at the time (late 1967, early 1968). I loaned the completed kit to a friend and when they brought it back to school, the janitor tossed it out with the trash. Yah, there were just a few finger prints on that one but man it looked cool. Can't wait!
  5. Very cool. Great job. Love those old Fords.
  6. Fantastic Poncho Jim. I like the ride height. It gives it that Pro Stock look that everyone was running back in the 60's. Great job and I salute your service. Don
  7. No warts to be seen anywhere. That is one stellar rescue and build. Salute to you sir!
  8. Really nice Galaxie and I love the color and wheel/tire combo. Congrats on a fine build.
  9. Peter, That is an outstanding build of a very cool car. I just love those old '50s cars with the big fins.
  10. Very nice build Bruce. Love the old classics and yours is spot on.
  11. Well, there you have it. I was so blown away by the pics I didn't bother to read the text.
  12. Yuri. What colors of the RAL paints did you use? Simply amazing.
  13. Another stunner from Tulio. How did you get the 'Buick' and 'Electra 225' so clean and shiny? I'd swear I was looking at a photo of the real car. Amazing!
  14. Excellent job Yuri! This looks just like the real classic.
  15. Picked this kit up and it is really nice. Will be using the Ma Duece for a Willys Jeep ala Rat Patrol. Thanks for posting pics.
  16. Fantastic builds Harry. Each one is a museum masterpiece in it's own right.
  17. Thanks for the link Bill. Hadn't seen these. I ordered a set. They look a bit new but I think Danny is working on a set that may be exactly what I'm looking for. Hopefully tires as well.
  18. Danny... I would also be very interested in a couple sets of these rims that Mike is looking for as well as some tires to go with them. Looking for a set to mount on a '47 Chevy "Catch Truck" used in the movie "Hatari!".
  19. Very ambitious build. Will be following as well. Really cool car. Big fan of the last generation of Pontiac (Holden) GTOs.
  20. Looking great so far. Can't wait to see more. I love these old Fords.
  21. I'm gathering up the pieces parts to start a conversion of the catch truck used in the move "Hatari!". The John Wayne movie where they go out and capture African game for various zoos around the world. This particular truck has a later style bed from an early 60's fleetline or some similar truck and 8 bolt wheels. I have a cab that will work and I'm watching ebay for an early 60's fleetline donor kit. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any steelies with an 8-bolt pattern. Any and all help would be massively appreciated. Thanks Don
  22. Really a beautiful build. And that color is making me thirsty for a cold frosty root beer! LOL
  23. Those colors go so well with that car. Nice. Trying to figure out what rims you have tho...
  24. Another stunner Tulio. One of my favorite Chevy's of all time. Would love to see what you can do with a '57 Thunderbird....
  25. Any updates? Love Woodys and yours is turning out fantastic.
