Call this one done. I could not find a outside mirror for it,but at least 7 rear view mirrors, typical. This one has the rear view mirror molded into the window AMT 68 Camaro Z28,orange car on box, tons of flash and little detail. VCG Resin brake booster. AMT 67 Impala engine.transmission heater hoses and mid-muffler forward exhaust. Shorten drive axle. Tamiya TS30 base and TS13 clear. Stock rallye wheels with Pegasus alu sleeves. Rubber alternator/fan belt cut from rubber sheet i got from Mike DeLuco. Engine decal from VCG Resin and Slixx. Bent some chrome sprue over a candle to try make the exhaust a little fatter. Here are some pictures, Thanks for looking.

These redline tires are common to see on restored late 60s muscle cars. But i have also seen the blueline, what are the diffrence between the two? Thanks in advance. Tommy

The Tesla is nice in the way that most electric cars are a joke, both look and performance wise. The Tesla do look good, has great performance and lot`s of teck. It has become very pop over here, but the challenge is range, also it can be extremely cold here. There have been some issues with customers having to replace the engine, but when it happend, people from Tesla flew over with teck support and new engines in matter of hours. What will be the challenge is selling these cars used and when the warranty is out. What does a new engine cost,or battery pack, and how to update the software etc. Overall i think it`s a great car for those who want an full electric car.

A quick question about accessories
om617 replied to Chrischu33's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I usually use Ebay and http://www.hlj.com/ for accesories. Depending on subject you build, you should not be afraid to ask this question in the "Car aftermarket/Resin thread. There you will probably also get advice for what vendor to stay away from, and who are really great. If you have some time to spare, check out this: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=71864 Hope it help. -
Thanks! After searching over a year for one example that isn`t warped or messed up i think this is a keeper. I consider try out the "new" 61 Galaxie for donor,to open it up and make it more detailed. Time will show.

I feel bad for the driver messing up the start. Anyway,i dont care if the Tesla have 9000hp,electric cars are a big zzz for me. If i wanted a fast 4wd,four doors and a big boot,i would get the E63S Wagon 4Matic.
-
Oh finally redline tires pack. Blazer looks cool to have.
-
This is sweet,i would assume it is very hard to make so small figures look realistic, but i bet you will pull it off.
-
Wow looks great! Did you paint those tiny flames or are they decals? Very cool.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. Tom: I find most attempts on foil a nightmare, but i agree on silver being a challenge. Joe: Thank you,and i always fail trying to go completely stock lol. But this kit is so crude i dont have the skill or patience to even attempt trying to make it stock. Well, the engine is in. Had to find a new radiator in the parts box,so this, cooling and radiator hoses arent in yet.
-
Very nice work. Have to be Houdini to be able to foil inside that tub lol
-
Will be watching too, love these big old Buick`s.

Looks really good. Bet it will pop with BMF on.
