Great start. I guess it`s a taste thing, but on these small body cars, huge diameter wheels tend to make it look like a Jada or lowered donk. Whatever route it goes i assume it will look fantastic.

Cool project. The Trans Am series had some nice eyecandy for racecar enthusiasts.

Nice project and looking good. This gen Camaro is growing on me.

Nice projects Ronald. I was not aware there was a Newport. These should be beauties when you are done, looks like you are off to a good start. Found a JoHan rebuilder reasonable, overall decent but no uptop, also got a new grill/bumper for it that was missing. How i`d like it to look like when it`s time.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Still some small left to do.

Thank you. Norm at replicas and miniatures of maryland will be "cranking" up packs with only window/vent window cranks. It was only a suggestion from my side to leave out the handles and add more cranks instead.

No,everyone have to pay full price pluss shipping tomorrow, this long before anything is presented. This thread is only to air interest to see if it`s worth going further with it. The person who will produce it already run a very reputable company. No one is paying anything before the product is finished and ready for shipping, and the product has been presented both as how they will recive the kit,and how it will look finished. -
Ready to wrap this one up,wating for window cranks, and i`ll add rear view mirror and radiator hoses. Purchased as assumed decent rebuilder, but was more of a gluebomb. The hardest part was getting the windsheild out and reasseble the boot after puzzle all the pieces of it back together after getting it off the rear deck, and then fix the rear deck panel. The front fender was also damaged. Did some mods for the radiator support, added oil-filler tube to the engine, also the breather from the air cleaner. Custom made decal for air cleaner made by a forum member, dont remember the alias or name but he did a great job. The exhaust tips are also modified. Some ignition and battery wires pluss the cooler hoses, that`s about it for mods. Nice kit but very bland interior as for detail.the cranks will add somthing i hope,oh and the shifter. Color is automotive Antique Rose,i wanted to add uptop to this build but those aren`t ready yet. Thanks for looking, hope you like it. Tommy

It clearly says what it will include in the first post. Google is an amazing source for seeing wagons with dog dish caps, and for those who enjoy it,Missing Link supply very nice dog dish caps and steelies. The kit will come with stock wheelcovers, that said. Here are the 77 options. -

This is for the 1977 Dodge Monaco, not other subject we might dream about, sorry. Reason is to keep cost down, both for the master and because the donor is already avaliable. A full custom kit as cool as the subject might be,will be to expensive. Bill: Hubcaps and photo-etch scripts are considered in the package. Steven: The car in the distance is an Oldsmobile. Tommy -

Kris. The response on this has been very poor,so i`m getting skeptical to put any effort (funds) into it. -
Cool racecar, and great detail in the cockpit.

Nice to see a 4door,i dig the color and vinyl roof.
-
Very nice, love the color. Cant help imagine how it look with white decals.

That is a nice twist, looks great.

(Delete if not appropriate) Please no tirekickers. How many would be interested and for sure purchase a trans-kit of the 77 Monaco/Crestwood? It would come with body, rear bumper, tailights and tub/tub extension. Not sure yet if there should be trim for the wood,or leave that up to the builder. This would be mastered and produced by a professional who today produce very high quality aftermarket products,so it will not be anything as the resin blob offered on eBay. The price range my guess will be in the range $45-$60. You will have to supply donor-kit and extra glass. For now just checking interest. If the response is good i`ll get back with more details. What he said.

Nice score. I like these unusual resin subjects. Is this out of production? Motorcity does a 69 if not mistaken.
