This looks great. Do you also cast or only do masters? Seen finished models on eBay,beautiful stuff. Wagons are very popular these days so this i could see become very popular. Will the wagons come with doorpanels,tub and glass? Tommy

Hello. Here is my take on the MPC 69 Firebird,probably on the top 10 of worst kit`s ever made lol. Got an hardtop,took the roof of,then realized there is a convertible out there,typical. The color is Gravity Verdoro Green,the chassis and drivetrain is Revell,the boot is 69 MPC Camaro,the wheels are parts box,the tires the Tire Pack from AMT. I was unsure if going for redlines or Polyglas GT. I sanded away the stock headlights and added lenses from Scale Production,also i tried scratch build a panel in front of the radiator to cover up the grill/headlight mounting "finess" from MPC. Anyway,thanks for looking and here are some pictures. Tommy

I hope find a 68-70 Javelin one day to fix/build. Have a more recent 73? snap-kit and the AMX.

Did Modelhaus have to pay AMT,MPC & JoHan to be able to copy many of they`re kits and parts? I ask because it must been a massive amount,or?

For me it`s not that much i enjoy glue bombs,but i love the vintage subjects,and you cant find them issued today, Mint kit`s has become collectibles,like those rare LP records,even the boxes are sought after. As Charlie said it is the challenge,but for me also the satisfaction of try make it shine again. If we talk glue bombs of more recent production,i dont touch those unless it has parts i want.

This is very sad. My conodolences to this Family. Will miss hes outstanding builds and constructive criticism/adivce,i always remember the rear view mirror now.
