Very nice job. I'm in the process of doing a Kyle Petty Gran Prix and a Davey Allison Thunderbird using the Rustoleum 2x paints. Very impressed with the result.

Hey all It has arrived today. 1991 Davey Allison Havoline Thunderbird. I have been advised not to use the kit decals. Instead use the Powerslide set. Thoughts on where to get Powerslide decals as I have seen them but they're expensive. Thanks Jerry

Mornin' all Quick question. I've started working on my Kyle Petty #42 Peak Grand Prix. The nose is part blue. My question is what is the best way to tape it off. Full Tamiya masking tape or a blend of the Tamiya and another tape (3M perhaps)? Stroker Ace has done this car before so perhaps he can shed some light? Thanks Jerry

Hi everyone, Hope all are well. Haven't posted anything car wise since maybe June. I am in the midst of building my GS, Camaro, Boss 429, and my 6 pack Bee. Put those on the side for about a month. In the past month I have completed a Revell Snap Pete 359, and a Revell Snap KW W900. Have started the paint on an AMT Ford LN8000 Short Hauler which I intend to make into a LNT 8000 dual drive tractor and have a car carrier trailer I got as a gift. That being said I am looking forward to completing all my kits by late Sept mid Oct. I will post pictures as I complete them. In addition I just ordered a 1990 Grand Prix which I intend to make a Kyle Petty Peak Winston Cup car. All this in the midst of turning 55 last month. Who says you can't have fun during a mid life crisis. Jerry
