Nice that you worked through your frustrations to complete a very nice build. The after market wire front wheels are a nice addition and only add to the model. In my opinion the kit wires in all the dragster kits are the weak link on so many otherwise nice FED builds. Very nice model !

Nice modifications from the kit car. As a kid this was the kit that seemed to get it right with the details, I loved it, and at the time it was the state of the art in dragster technology. It's still a nice kit with a lot of potential to build a FED, I doubt if we will see a new kit of a correct '64-65 FED, though 3D printing is a possibility. Congratulations on a nice build.
