  1. The name sounds like something you would purchase from 'Bass Pro Shop, it might work for some kind of fishing boat. I can see Camaro in the headlight area, (after looking at it for awhile) but the rear end (tail lights), are almost direct copy's of 69-70 Charger, they just turned them upside down. But closer to 67-68 Shelby GT 500 than Camaro. Overall though I only see one thing looking at this car, Mustang. Does anyone know anything about Equus Automotive? Where do they hale from? Have they ever produced a car before? I mean what's up with this? The writer phrases English like a Russian (Victor Ivanov, pass the vodka) at the very least eastern european.
  2. I'm doing the AMT '71 340 Duster and the instructions call for the drive shaft to be painted 'exterior' color. I'm having a hard time believing that would have been the case on a 'stock' 340 Duster, but, anything's possible. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks, Gene
  3. Ah yes, and down the rabbit hole we go. How 'bout this; A thread for (new) kits that 'have been' released and one for those that 'have not been' released, leave everything else (format) as it is? And now let me drink that potion.
  4. Nice job.
  5. Very cool! What's that thing under the front?

  15. Great job on what sounds like a very difficult build Jon. It is certainly sweet to the eyes. That color is soooooooo nice, what is that? And those wheels and tires look really good on that car, nice choices!
  16. Nice ride Dillion.
  17. Hey you guys thanks! Robert, I got a new camera today, should help, thanks for the compliment on the frame/chassis! Andy, thanks for the huge compliment. French blue is a great color, I know it well. Maybe things will work out with the Ford, if not there's alway's the purple pond, this car went for a swim three times! Dinky, This car started out 'Competition Orange, which is the color I wanted it to be, the interior was going to be the color that is now on the body. Circumstances ruled on the final colors. Marshall, thanks man! Jim, " When it shines, it's fine! First unprepared/staged shot with new camera:
  18. That is bad azz August! One black eye and ready to rumble! Love the colors! Yes!
  19. Thanks Chris, Did you use BMF on the seat inserts of your '70 T/A? Looks like you might have, that's what I used here, then some semi-gloss clear. Thanks Larry! You're right about there alway's being something different on Willy's. I just love those cars and so do a lot of people. I love your Mario quote, touches my heart. Dinky, thanks for the encouragement, you do some great builds. Keep me on the straight and narrow! Ira, I am grateful for the kind and gracious words. Your builds are fabulous! If you only knew how the paint scheme came about for this car, totally spur of the moment/mother of disaster kind of thing.
  20. Nice job Terry, very cool! Looks 1:1 to me, even the dirt bike looks 1:1! It's a keeper!

  24. Thanks Arno! You're right, there is a wash on the grill, but, it's not black. Next time I'll use black. LOL, It's the camera, old Kodak 'Easy Share, it just won't do close-ups. Tomorrow I'm going to look at camera's. Thanks for the compliment Carl, I put everything I had and then some into this build. I almost gave up a couple of times, glad I didn't.
