  1. Welcome back Anthony. You have picked a true golden age of modeling to return to the hobby. These forums can provide all the inspiration and answers you'll ever need to keep motivated.
  2. Nice work on the Gundam figure. I notice some edge paint wear as well. For those builders not familiar with this trend you might want to pick up a copy of the spring 2019 Damaged magazine by Fine Scale Modeler and read the article there on the weathering work on a Ginn Type Insurgent Gundam. Any modeler will be very impressed with the level of paint work. The scale is 1/144. Just because we aren't familiar witch's doesn't mean we can't appreciate them.
  3. Ok,you've got me hooked too! I found an overly zellously sectioned shoebox Ford custom at a toy show that is officially too thin in the sides for tires. That will be my starting point for my first ever jet/levacar project. Should be a real fun challange.
  4. The pervasive immorality on television. So many bad influences for our children..
  5. You could always ask on the "wanted" section to see if anyone has turbos they aren't going to use.
  6. Great pix my friend. Lots of (IMO) emerging trends here including but not limited to non-metallic dark paint colors and really big wheels. Thanks for the excellent detail shots of carb linkage set-ups on street rod engines. Kind of like being there without all the walking and no crowds to fight.
