Old picture... missing an acoustic, a squire bullet (fender strat) that I got for free, and a bass guitar/practice amp. This was my Gibson Les Paul 60s tribute when I first got it... This was after... Got this little Sears amp my dad bought back in the day.. good little guy w/ tubes! Got this set up for a song... Peavey Penta head and a sheffield 4x12 cabinet. Penta needed 2 tubes and a soldered board fuse. My two favorites together... another old pic Also missing out of all this mess is a 2nd Peavey head and 4x12 sheffield cabinet which is at a friends house. I've acquired all this stuff soo cheap I cant even think about parting with it... even though I cant really play that well... Suppose I oughta rent it out HAHA

I like it! I keep seeing the things people are building out of this kit yet I've never picked one up. At this rate I'll need a dozen of em.

Well it looks like an annual is harder to find than I thought. Looks like it will be a season 4 and up car. I have a 77-78 in the closet unfinished. Now... to find the correct steering wheel, wheels, and air cleaner.

I already want to. lol!! I think I can get away with that one with a current kit though.

I've been watching Rockford Files on netflix the past few weeks and have really grown fond of that gold sleeper that Jim drives... Can't find much in the way of 74-76 Firebirds though in kit form.. Any suggestions on where to start? Like what the base kit to get would be, and who (if anyone) makes resin conversion parts? I'm having trouble finding anything! Thanks!

This was one of my $1 models my coworker got at an auction for me... Just missing one headlight. I left the other uninstalled til I can come up with a 2nd or 2 alike headlights. I painted the roof flat black on top and bottom, and I also detailed the center of the exhaust tips and the taillights.

I've looked all over for it and can't seem to find it. I thought the poster mentioned they got it at wal mart..... I searched for an hour today with no luck. Anyone got a pic and a part number/brand name?

So this has a full detail chassis not a promo style like other old AMT'S?

Funnier thing is... I wasnt even looking for them at that point! I had written them off!

I lost the round chrome "hood pin" inserts for a Fairlane thunderbolt I had... fell out of the hood from coming unglued after years on the shelf and got lost in the carpet.... Funny thing is... I found them randomly in completely opposite spots on the floor about a month apart. They were lost for probably 2-3 months.

This. Especially if its a PITA and risky to remove.

I have a few guitars. Not very good at it and don't have a lot of time or attention to give serious lessons or dedicated practice. But even though I can't play well, to me guitars are as beautiful as cars and I'll collect em if I can get em cheap. Or if I really want em. Like my black 60's tribute Gibson Les Paul.
