It's funny... I love old cars and the Mustang II being made in the 70s I consider still an old car, and I am not much into things from the 80s.... yet... I love Foxbody mustangs. I think its because they are like the Lego blocks of cars.... sooooo many cars were built on that fox platform and you can take parts from '79 and parts from '04 and put on your '90. I love that aspect because it allows for sooo much customization and personalization of the car. I can't think of any car that has that much interchangability since then.

My dad's 65 Fairlane. Mom and dad used to take me for a ride in it when I wouldn't sleep as a baby. Something about that lope cam idle that puts a kid right out. Made me a Ford fan and an American car enthusiast for life.

I'd love to see those two bands before they're officially done.

I agree. There may not be much in the rear fender department but it would look odd without the fronts

I'd say work on the fender opening a little judging by that 2nd to last picture and I'd call it good to go! Like what youve done too! Not bad at all for not painting it!

I have this same kit! I dont recall those decals coming w/ the kit... but I'm definitely going to use them. I love the look!

Reminds me of a Thunderbird. I think the grille/bumper needs lowered a little bit though. Just doesnt look right to me with the side of the car being low and the nose being high. Other than that it looks great

Well I finally was able to reach the member who was sending my parts. Hopefully will have them soon. If that's the case, the General Mayhem will still be in the running.

This thing is crazy! Love it so far! Looks like its about the same theme as the monster Dodge Deora that was built a little while ago by another member. That Hemi..... two blowers and two turbos... man... thats some boost. Must be like 4.5:1 compression N/A and run on lighter fluid without all that forced induction I dig it!

I do however love movie/TV inspired builds! Would love to do a Rockford Files Firebird!

Driver San Francisco and Grand Theft Auto come to mind for some inspirational cars. If I could just find some original styled 73 Mustang wheels.... I'd make me an Eleanor!

2 . Street cruiser/canyon carver: Lowered and raked a bit, smoothed & dechromed, biggest wheels and tires I can fit to the widest edge of the stock fender openings—maybe even some of those goofy little “pro touring” wheels and tires. No strong vibe on color of this one yet, possibly the same Testor flake blue as idea #1. Something sorta kina like this: Vote now! Or give me another idea. I love a (minor) challenge and hate to see good styrene go to waste. This one!!!! holy BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH this one!!!
