  1. I like 'em!
  2. I wouldn't want a muscle car, had those myself. But I'd love to have cars from the 30's, I'm not even sure of the models. Bugatti Packard Cadillac Mercedes Benz Bentley Rolls Royce Cord Duesenberg, The winner of the next old show car auction deal at that golf club on the left coast. Last years winner of the old show car auction deal at that golf club on the left coast. I can't imagine riding in one of these old beauties. Michael
  3. I'm trying super glue next time I have a pesky cut on my fingers. I thought the stuff was a no-no when contact with blood is involved.
  4. I learned to play drums with that one!
  5. Hi Felix, I like it! What is the size of the actual model? I love Vespas. I have an ET4 125cc, cool transportation for car congested big cities. Michael
  6. Hi Jim, the brake lines look very good. I like the scale too. Could you tell me what size wire, maybe in mm? Once again, the detailing work is just excellent. Michael
  7. Interesting build, thanks for not making the sled a rust bucket. Guys, could you imagine running across a heap like this today in some obscure garage? A red 64 Dodge 330 with Slantzilla on board. Geez. Barry, an attractive model in my opinion. Well done. Michael
  8. Amazing. Guys, look at the 4th pic, the 2nd color pic. The model looks like it's from an old Olds prospect! Good job Ludwig.
  9. This car looks very good, excellent detailing. You did a great job in making this model.
  10. Hi Ludwig, Beautiful Corvette. Paint is excellent, I think the interior looks especially good. It's hard to beat a 63 Stingray Coupe.
  11. Hi Ludwig, welcome to a very friendly forum! Good to see you here! Michael
  12. I owned an old 356 way back when, 1970. Pearl white with a red interior. Good condition. The former owner had been involved in a gun type violent act, and a bullet indention was left present on the glove compartment lid, upper left side. The rear left window was replaced. The car was a blast to drive, not a fast car by any means, but a cool sportscar. Handling was a hit! I bought the car for $1200. The first year was more costly. I sold it quick and got out even. Still, a very good looking design, my opinion. Michael
  13. Hi Dale, Thanks for the info! Do you have a pic or two to show the size relation? Excellent! Michael
  14. Hi Tim, The car looks sick! Sits right, and says, "No Mercy"! I love it! Michael
  15. The frame tubing on the AMT Bantam Blast and Winged Express, both 1:25, is 2,1 mm. The more modern funny car chassis, 1:25 are a bit thinner. Good tip about the paint adding size, I agree.
  16. Hi Brayden, 2mm for an altered is just fine. What kind of frame specifically? Michael
  17. Excellent! Jim, did you add some micro-style bolts to the floor pan/frame? Way up front I see some bolts, or are they painted? Details like this really add to the general look of a model. I like! Michael
  18. Uh oh! Now what do we have here? Cesar, how's it going down in Brazil. What else is cooking for this 37 Ford? Michael
  19. I'll be looking out for you. Michael
  20. Actually, I love to go off topic. It's fun! Rant and vent is cool. I like. Politics would be cool, too. I do this though, elsewhere. lol. I like too, that on this forum I can write a pm to a stranger, and actually get a decent reply. This is really a decent place to be. Michael
  21. I think the thing has gone somewhat off topic. It's not male/female. It's modellers who have fun, and like doing it. Plus this forum is really a decent place to be active on, I'm quite content here. I think Rich made a nice statement, and just wanted to express his positive outlook. Michael
  22. Hi Rich, I agree to your statement and observation. Here we can see 20, 30, 40 up to lots over 60's that still build models and have fun doing it, plus the communication and exchage is a good thing. Older guys, a while back, started a nice hobby and still like doing it. Let's keep on building. Michael
  23. Very nice Rich! Frame and motor look very good, as well as the interior. Nice attention to detail! Michael
  24. Hi Jim, Great work, very realistic. Thanks for the tip about the coils using a screw, I wish I knew this one earlier, but this is why we're here. Look and learn! Good progress. Michael
