First off, Happy New Year to everyone. He is my final build of 2015. I have had some time of from work this holiday season, and this was one project that needed to be completed! Started in Oct. which was a busy month being a volunteer FF, Fire Prevention month, open house, visit to the local school, etc. I also was busy at work, in the process of buying a new car, getting ready for the holidays and all the projects of being a home owner! So build time was only a few hours a week. Completed many maintenance chores around the house and asked my wife for one thing! Please give me the time to finish my Lambo and the answer is in this post! So here is my Lamborghini Gallardo SE, finished in Lambo OE2 Arancio Borealis (Pearl Orange) box stock. I choose this SE over other versions as I liked the wheels, color interior treatments, and 2 tone ext. paint. I figured I could have some fun with this one. Also, if I had the funds to purchase one, this would be the one! One disappointment was not fro the kit! I spent alot of time on the interior which I was extremely happy with. When I went to download the interior pics they were gone. My better half must have deleted them, but she did give me time to complete this before the end of 2015, so it's okay. Thought about spliting it just to take pics but changed my mind thinking of the pucker factor involved! So without any furter yapping I hope you enjoy!

That '57 looks great Jim! Do you make adjustments to the stance? It sits just right!

Very nice!

Looks good Jordan, huge fox body fan! Can't go wrong with triple black, and chrome pony wheels! I want to see more pics of the diorama!

Well done, looks great in red ! Nice work on the resin parts.

Wow, very impressive! Love all the attention to detail, color combo, and great pics!

Very nice, as said before the detail on the dash looks great. That shade of yellow fits it well, different from the common silver and black! Great work

Thanks for sharing the process! It's looking real sharp, looks like your on the home stretch.

That is looking real nice! What color did you paint the interior? Love the color, reminds me of a recents Mercedes color called tobacco,

Thank for the replies! Did the Google, Bing, and a couple other search engines. The best pic I came up with was the one Bill posted and the Autoart die cast. Eurospares is a very impressive site! In the pic above, the center almost looks neutral grey to me! That's were Fujimi states grey. I know it turns one shade after some use as looking at the gear box cover through the rear. I just find it so simple to paint 95% of the chassis black. I enjoy looking at a well done chassis, should I follow the instructions on this one and use some neutral grey! Or do you think it will not look good? Frank

Hello all, Working on my current project and need some help from you. Building a 1/24 Fujimi Lamborghini Gallardo SE, I cannot find a chassis / under carriage shot. The only one I saw looked like it was all black, instructions show some neutral grey. I could just paint it black but I know it will bother me if its not 1:1 correct. Tried searching a number of times using different criteria but no success. Maybe someone has a pic., link, or better search methods that may help quench my thirst for factory correct OCD! Thanks in advance, Franky

Great work Greg! And I'm not just saying that since I'm from N.Y. :-) I picked up Roscoes police car and NYPD green to replicate a one to one I found online. Have to find some decals now. Thanks for sharing and stirring up an interest to getting mine complete! Frank

It may have taken 2 years, but the results are beautiful. Amazing job! -
Very nice Dann! The stance is just right and so is the overall look. What did you use for the base of the antenna, and where did the wheels come from?

That is sweeeet! Love the detail on the exhaust!

What a save! That came out great!

Thank you again for the great words. For the floor / carpet I used embossing powder that I picked up from Michaels. Takes some pratice but once you get comfortable with it great results can be achieved. Plus it cheap ($5.), and if you mess up it can be washed out. I always use white because it absorbs the color you paint with a look of carpet when done. Frank
