  1. Man, that is awesome. You did an awesome job replicating this unit. I never knew this truck existed. The only casino truck I ever saw was Bob Wilson Trucking. The truck, Iron Sides, is special. If you'd like some more info, I can tell you what I know about it.
  2. Here are the 2 builds I have that I'm putting them on. Haven't been motivated to work on either of them. But, they will get done someday.
  3. Can't see pics either. Photo of cat with PB saying photos not found, click for pics. The only flip nose kit I ever had was the 1/24 Chevelle.
  4. Awesome. The belt looks great, the new machined pieces look great. Now, hopefully you can overcome the tins. It seems those have fought you from the get go.
  5. I'm exploring other options. The company I quit to work where I'm at now call me every so often. Just a month ago actually. He bought a new polished set of pneumatic trailers, offered to let me order a Peterbilt and pay half my benefits. But, I quit there before, because of the way that old man operated, like it was 70s still. I've heard things have changed in years since I quit. I might go see him soon, see if things have really changed.
  6. Dammit man, now that's a buddy right there. I'm hoping to have problems squared away soon. Just need work to pick up, can't pay for things when I'm not working.
  7. ^^^^that's what my replies to a quote look like using my phone. That's what was supposed to be in the above thread.

  9. Yep. She also did a couple of my favorites... Big and Renaissance Man.
  10. Yes, Penny Marshall has done some great movies.
  11. Going by my past. I'll probably end up with a case. Hopefully I get financial issues squared away soon. Too much cool stuff coming.
  12. Awesome! Now....what are the odds Hobby Lobby will have it?.....
  13. His last couple movies were bad. But yes, Ron Howard has made some very good movies.
  14. Marty is another great one too.
  15. Justin Theraux is also doing some great comedy movies.
  16. Clint is great, I agree. Gran Torino and American Sniper. Just those 2 are very very good. But JJ Abrams is doing some really awesome things. Quinten Terantino is a great creative mind. Some off, sometimes hard to understand. But he's been doing some really creative things. Oh yeah, can't forget Christopher Nolan. I mean, come on, the Batman Trilogy. In my opinion, the best Batman movies ever.
  17. No problem. Glad I could help.
  18. Dude! It seems as though something doesn't want you to finish this yet. Man, that really blows that something so little, will cost you a bunch of time fixing it. I know you will get it right, get back on track and on to the next thing. Hopefully the setbacks are tapped out and you can keep it going smoothly.
  19. What an awesome lookin build. Looks like something straight out of Hot Rod Magazine. Well done.
  20. P&P resin has a resin flat top for this. It shows that it's in stock. Here's a link. Its listed in the Misc. section. http://www.ppvintagekits.com/CARS/Resin-Price_list.html
  21. Very nice job. I really like the mods you've done on this. It really has the look.
  22. That's awesome Vince. The big guy is tough. That's just great to hear that he's goin home.
  23. Great project. This will be a very cool build. I can't wait to see how you go about the paint work. On a side note...the movie truck wasn't a 379X, it is a 379 EXH. The truck in the movie has door mounted mirrors. The 379X has cab mounted mirrors, silver Pete and 379X emblems and polished hood fenders.
  24. Bummer dude. Glad you were able to deal with it, fix it, and keep moving forward. Nice save, it looks like nothing happened.
