  1. Saw this today while waiting to my load of asphalt. It was buzzing the mountains.
  2. Since I have tomorrow off, I'm gonna go take care of the new hire paperwork. I'll take a few pics.
  3. Ain't it purty. A little bit longer and it'll be me driving that.
  4. Thanks Rusty. Hope I can make it. I really enjoyed it.
  5. Here's your double barrel Terex pan.
  6. Great build Tyrone. I really enjoy your builds.
  7. A bit of a time line in transporters. Probably not in order, but close.
  8. Any info on this year's show yet?
  9. I hate to nit pick on ya, but it seems your headlight and fog light lenses aren't there, or maybe it's just my tired eyes.
  10. Thank you very much guys. I think this will be a much better opportunity. That and I'll be driving a Pete! What could be better. Here's a pic of it that a buddy took of it.
  11. Great builds. You've done it. You made one of them little Fords look cool. Great work.
  12. MAN! I just read about the Henry. Terrible man, just terrible. What got goin on here is gonna be great. If you decide to stick with the Henry motor, I suggest doin a Outlaw 10.5 car. In the Candy Red. I'm lookin forward to following this.
  13. It is allowed to add lights, if they're on the truck, they must work. You can add standard lights, amber and reds. Different colors are for off road, so those must be on a seperate switch. The lights get turned on just like any other lights. The tailgates on the truck are polished stainless. It hauls small rocks and sand, no boulders, no scrap. And yes, that's the truck I'll be driving.
  14. Aaron, JT, Mike, Dennis and Michael, thanks for the well wishes. I really do appreciate them. I think I'll be much happier being able to provide my family the way I want to and should. It also helps I'll have a really nice ride.
  15. I plan on giving them notice, whether or not they take it is up to them. I don't think they will since it's soo slow. I gave it plenty of time to pick up here and it's just not lookin very good. 3 months and it's still slow. There's not much left of the year for things to get better. It doesn't help I'm not Parr of the privleaged group that gets to work consistantly, I'm not a butt sucker upper or a counter pounding bully. I just do my job and do it well. If that's not enough, then I need to go else where.
  16. His trucks are all blue and dark blue. He's also a broker, so in a way he runs O/Os. He has 6 transfers and 1 end dump. All Pete fleet. That is why I'm switching. The little guy is 11 months old today, probably gonna be broke on his B-Day, luckily he won't know. That's really what helped my decision. It kills me that that's the way it is. This new guy understands why we are out there. He understands because he's still drivin, almost everyday. A buddy has been workin there for 3 months and hasn't missed a day yet. So it looks very good.
  17. Thanks guys. The truck in the left of the pic is one of the trucks also with this guy.
  18. My current company is slow, dangerously slow. There's talks of them shutting down the yard I'm based out of, moving the trucks to the main yard. Work is soo slow, has been for 3 months. I've finally decided it's time to abandon ship before the ship sinks, so to speak. I'm moving on to another company, that does the same basic thing, on a smaller scale. Nicer trucks, better pay and more steady work. Once I get started there and goin I'll post pics of the truck, but here's a shot of the truck at last year's Truckin for Kids, truck show. I'll be rollin in a C16 powered, 18 speed 379 extended hood Pete, with a shiney hiney!
  19. Here's another shot from last week. I had to wait for dispatch to call me back, so I found a nice place to wait.
  20. Nice work Gino. I like the subtle changes you e made to it.
  21. I don't know if this helps or not. But it might give you a starting point.
  22. Great photos! That oversize build with the escorts and support vehicles, with the 2 trucks pushin and 2 pulling was impressive. I'm sure the pics don't do it justice. Lots of awesome builds.
  23. Man, that is lookin really good Dennis. Very nice work on what you've showed here. I'm really liking the fuel tanks.
  24. That thing is massive. Lookin forward to seeing this develop.
  25. I feel your pain Mike. I have an airbrush, tried Alclad, and didn't get the results. My inexperience and impatience. Because of that, some of my builds that need this step, are boxed up and put away. Someday, I'll get the airbrush out and give it a shot again. I need to be patient and not expect results, NOW. Hopefully you can figure something out soon.
