  1. Figured one Class of 2015 thread would work for pick up builds. So if you would, post your finished pick ups here. I only managed to finish one pick up this year. My Revell Ford Raptor, Rough Riders chase truck.
  2. I really doubt I'll get anything else done this year. So I present my class of 2015. First is my 69 Yenko Nova Next is my 70 Chevelle. And both together.
  3. Great builds. They all look very nice, it's hard to pick a favorite. But I think I like the peach one more. I really like the engine swap. Those "block hugger" headers really give it a different look. Again, great job on all 4. One of these days I'll build mine so I can see how great this kit is.
  4. Right on. Sounds like you got another to add to the list of in progress. The replica of my dad's first truck I'm gonna do, is gonna be built from memory and a couple of vague pics.
  5. I hope I can make it out there. I'm not gonna hold my breath. With baby now, it's hard to get away for the fun stuff.
  6. He was in Armed and Dangerous too.
  7. My Favorite VR song is Tomorrow
  8. Pics look great Rich. Here's the night sky in Arizona.
  9. Springs look great. Nice to see this back on your bench.
  10. Sad. He had some strong demons. What a talent. My favorite STP somg, Wicked Garden. http://youtu.be/uA4hSZ1Xy1g
  11. Great actor gone. He did many great movies, Scarface, Independence Day, Big, Jagged Edge, An officer and a Gentleman and many more. Here's one of his most remembered scenes. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CF7-rz9nIn4
  12. I just got word that the wrecker units will be shipped out in 4 to 6 weeks. The 2 I have are missing the parts as well.
  13. Great lookin builds. Well done for being a young builder. Keep at it, ask us questions, you'll be building the over the top trucks before you know it.
  14. Great project. Great movie. I've driven part of the movie scenes, actually just a few months ago. Here's a link to an article of the truck. http://www.tenfourmagazine.com/2014/09/special-features/the-duel-truck-10-years-later/ And here's a pic of the diner today. And a shot the tunnel today.
  15. With this post here. I'm at 5000 posts. I can't belive I had that much to say in just a year and a half or so. Now if I could model as much as I post, my shelves would be full.
  16. Good to see your still kickin Matt. Nice to see Schneider is keeping you busy. Great to see an update on this. Keep the shiney side up.
  17. Oh yeah. Just took him for his first to Bass Pro Shops and to see Santa for the first time. He went to Dr monday and he's doin great. He's a handful for mama sometimes, but that's to be expected. Here goes the new papa thing, showing pics.
  18. Thanks Gator. I really enjoy off road racing. It's a very expensive form of racing, but still fun. Of course it helps I live the desert. Next year, I'm gonna do chasing for my boss at races close to me. I really like doing that. I posted before, my boss bought an old Rough Riders race truck. This very truck actually. I'm really lookin forward to chasing for him.
  19. Great build Sean. Looks really nice.
  20. I know what you mean Tom. With the new baby here, I haven't gotten much done either. I'm hopin with the build off, I'll get something done next year. I'm really lookin forward to next year, some big, good, changes comin for my family. Those should include a model room. Can't wait to see what everyone builds for the build off.
  21. Pride Transport out of Salt Lake City has nice equipment.
  22. This is the first time I'm seeing that black and silver Pete. That looks great man.
  23. You try sittin in your car in the middle summer with no air, or in the dead of winter with no heater. The ignorance is mind boggling on here. A bunch of people who don't get it. All you see is a bunch dirty nasty trucks in your way.
