First, let's start off with the motor. Oh and here is the engine stand I built last night, it is pretty cool, if I do say so myself. Here is the chassis. Not much done on it, but so far the chassis is painted, the front A-Arms are painted fl. aluminum, the rear axle assembly is together, and that is pretty much it so far... Here is the interior. So far the interior floor pan is painted flat black, the interior walls are painted fl. aluminum. Steering wheel has a flat black rim, and a flat black steering column. I also made shoulder harnesses out of a material I found in my desk. And finally, the paint..... White is Testors Flat White, red is Model Master's Guards Red. For a clear I used Future Floor Polish by Johnson & Johnson. All coats were sprayed at around 35-40 psi. Here's the masking I did, I used circles cut out of blue Painter's Tape for the white circles. The paint came out okay, there was some bleeding but I fixed that up.. There are little specs in the hood on the clear, so I'm going to try to sand them out without messing up the paint... (fingers crossed) So far, so good... Famous last words I think I'll have this one done soon, because I have no school and nothing to do, so I spend my time in the basement working on my model hah.. Thanks for looking, advice, questions and comments are welcome.. -Glenn
