  1. I'm going with ai. it has a 42 ford style split in the rear fender but not in the fronts and the grille looks too flat and finally the join between the rear of the roof and the trunk just doesn't look fordlike
  2. you can find decals at hiroboy, though i kinda like it without. it looks like a press car
  3. they are on etsy, amazon and ebay
  4. the benefit of the forum over facebook or you tube is as a reference. i know i use it to look at other builds of kits i'm building, even if i'm building a completely different style. you can usually zoom in a pic but not a video and good luck finding anything twice on facebook. my facebook is nothing but archeology when i'm only in model groups so i only use it to message mum. if she would learn to carry her phone i'd never use it, lol
  5. are you sure its not an over active thyroid? lol
  6. we tried making them into burgers. they were not terrible but they also weren't good.
  7. its a kit that really should have a load of transkits available. it really wouldn't take much to get most of the period gm cars from them. most of the bodies and fenders can pass for each other so it would only take grilles and hoods to get pretty close
  8. how are those? i want an ae86 for my collection but i dont want to do a anything over complicated as its just to fill a gap in my collection
  9. the worst bleed through i've had was the orange revell t2. with every coat of grey primer it got more and more peach and it took 2 coats of silver. usually just enough to cover does the job but it took a paintjob nearly. if i wasn't just using the tailgate it would have made a great early 90s cal looker colour
  10. the cosplay folks have thinner vinyl sheets. they are slightly flexible too so should work on corners. i dont use it myself but the rc guys all seem to use them
  11. you can see it attack the hill in the goodwood coverage, it sounds evil
