Hi, I found a really cool decal sheet on eBay. But it's from a guy who seems to scan and resell them. The scans are good quality but the decals are not separate and require cutting. Not to mention I'd rather buy from the source then a knock off for obvious reasons. Does any one know made this particular decal as I'm assuming it's a scan like the rest of his offerings. PS This is supposed to be a livery for a 1980 Porsche 935.

Not Paying Photo Bucket Post Pictures

Hi, Wow PB has gone Draconian style. Odd for such a large company to do such an extreme measure, seems ill researched. Or they did the research and figure a 25% loss of customers compared to huge revenue for those who stayed. Not all CEOs run a biz like that though, I know plenty of good ones. -

Hi, I understand your point. To me you can't buy time but have options to make money. While I too can no longer handle the slowness of PB, hence why I am searching options, it's $1.10/day to put things in better perspective. And it depends how much some one has used PB as hosting images may not be as trivial of a dependence as you make it out to be. In other words to some, it may well be worth spending the money to preserve years of time and images. I think more and more services will go from free to fee as building and supporting infrastructure to host data is in general a complex and expensive endeavor. I do this sort of thing all day long and am always wondering just how long a free service will cease to be free and become a fee service. You are all used to it, but I suggest get un-used to it. Life is getting more and more expensive and the Walmart effect can only go so long. -

Hi Bernard, Well if I were in your shoes. I'd simply pay Photobucket as that's way cheaper then going back and repairing all your immensely contributive posts. I enjoy going over your older posts and Ifeel you've better things to do then fix links etc... My 2 dinars. -

Hi, I've been in process of slowly down loading my Photobucket library for a future move else where. Both Fotki and Imgur are looking pretty good to me. As for Google, the advantage is easy smart phone integration however sharing image libraries as one does with Photobucket is not overly intuitive. -

Hi, Yep, thank you sir. I love it. On the decal sheet are 2 white elephants on there hind legs. These go on either side of the rear wing which is black. I thought this was very cool. Here is a reference picture. I couldn't find any good color photos of the 1:1 car but here is a nice 1/18 of it. -

Hi, Sure, create a Google account and then you will be able to upload and share images. However here is an article from last year that may help you choose whats best for you. I'm still experimenting with Google images and may go another route. So far, I am still using Photobucket, albeit the free version. http://blogpros.com/blog/2016/03/host-blog-images-free PS Here is another one from earlier this year; https://www.lifewire.com/free-image-hosting-sites-3486329 I think between the 2 links, you should be able to get away Photobucket. -

AMT Silhouette Custom Show Car with Trailer Kit Review
aurfalien replied to hpiguy's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Hi, Wow super awesome review and kit! I love AMT! I may pick this up. PS I found an article stating the race car version can be built but didn't seem to mention all his custom mods, only a few small ones. http://hotrodbunny.com/blog/ It's about 1/3 way down. This thing looks hot!- 15 replies

Hi, He doesn't do anything like that. His website is not even maintained. You can call his hobby shop in Canada but I would be very hesitant on doing any mail order with him. The poor experiences others have had are very easy to find. -

Hi, So I called them, very nice ppl. It's as Rob said, 19" rim sleeve with the 15" insert. So the part # is a bit misleading. -

Hi, BTW that Plamoz site is cool. They've a lot of high end stuff, very nice. There self adhesive velvet paper is intriguing. I see it as an interior detail, very cool.

Hi, Thanks for the pic. So I gave it some good research and bought these with there racing slicks option which has the tallest profile;

Hi, I've sorta went with a more classic race look, what do you think? Seems like all the racers don't go above 18" and use a decent profile tire which makes sense to me. However I did find a 19" which a good profile, not too low. Then I also found this with a good prife as well as they also come with Potenza RE-01. This is a hot wheel for sure!

Hi, Thanks for that, I was looking at those. Wheels are good, tires are too low profile for my race car. Although I may end up buying a few things ot mae the look I'm after work. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, They have tons for sure. Would you happen to know the model if wheel pictured? Or a vague approximation? I'm not having much luck.
