  1. Hi, While not a service per se, if you have some photo etch or other metals that would benefit from chroming, this product from Micro-Mark looks cool; https://www.micromark.com/Plug-N-Plate-Copy-Chrome-Plating-Kit They also have a nickel plating solution as well.
  2. Oh and a site that you may find useful as info on this car seems a tad elusive, for me anyways; https://www.ultimatecarpage.com/cg/6294/Ferrari-250-GT-SWB-Bertone-Berlinetta.html
  3. I see your point about the hood thickness. Perhaps make your own hood?
  4. Check out these photos. I can't really see any wheel wells or shock towers and in fact the shocks seem exposed. A very cool looking engine bay. What do you think?
  5. Hi Bob, since you like wedgy cars, what do you think of the Lancie Zero and Fiat Scorpione 2000;
  6. UMM carries some nice ones, here is a combo BFR (Bend/Fold/Roll); http://umm-usa.com/onlinestore/product_info.php?products_id=7142 PS If money is not that big a deal, this one looks beautiful; http://dspiae.com/en/a/chanpinzhanshi/gongnenshafa/2018/45.html
  7. I actually found dims for the AMT Redlines which may work well. Here they are for reference; F60-15 Diameter: 1.03" Wheel opening: .60" Width (including sidewalls): .348" L60-15 Diameter: 1.09" Wheel opening: .60" Width (including sidewalls): .410"
  8. Hi, Would any one mind letting me know of any tires having the following dimensions; OD; 29.5mm or 1.16" ID; 17.5mm or .68" These are approximate and can be any width and tread, resin or rubber. The AMT Goodyear Redlines look like they may be close enough although I'm not sure.
  9. Thank you very much for all of your feedback. I'll try the library first to see.
  10. Hi, I was eyeing this book, mainly as there seems to be few others Can any one comment on its coverage of early 60's Dino cars? https://www.amazon.com/Dino-V6-Ferrari-Brian-Long/dp/1904788394/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=&qid=1560344158&sr=8-1
  11. I would. However ponder this. I went to a Sherwin Williams and asked they mix a paint to get a very very bright white for my desk. What they did was add a touch of blue to it. So if you are inclined, experiment with this.
  12. Thanks Ron! I must say that Chris@C1 does some AAA work, that kit of yours looks awesome.
  13. Nice! Mind posting some photos?
  14. Looks very cool; http://www.c1-models.com/resin/slant-nose-porsche-996-conversion
  15. Hello, Curious if any one does a Ferrari 365 P Berlinetta Speciale trans kit. https://www.goodingco.com/vehicle/1966-ferrari-365-p-berlinetta-speciale-tre-posti/ What a car! Fujimi seemed to have rereleased the Dino 246, so a trans kit wouldn't be a waste of effort.
  16. Ah, that would be very cool.
  17. Ah yes, very good points indeed. Thanks man!
  18. Do you think that it could be adapted for lacquers by getting a sealed fan motor of sorts?
  19. His website now says; We’re closed at the moment Things should be resolved shortly, please check back soon. Seems rather ominous.
  20. I thought that this was a cool idea for a cheap and easy paint booth. https://www.amazon.com/HomeRight-C900146-Spray-Shelter-Paint/dp/B07BSRSFBQ/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=paint%2Bbooth&qid=1559732213&s=gateway&sr=8-5&th=1
