  1. Not sure I can get this to work but,, Sound of Contact This is their second relese from their album "Dimensionaut" The lead singer may look a bit familiar to some of you. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/mVm4uc_zHmM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  2. I had the same problem when I rejoined last week. All I had to do was to go into "tools" at the top of the page and add this site to the "compatibility view settings" and everything works fine now. [bTW, I'm using Internet Explorer 8]
  3. Just beautiful! ,,Hard to beat a black Riviera. [bTW, your exhaust is exactly the same as I had on my 1/1 '69 Riv. ]
  4. Thanks guys. I just used the back of a #11 X-acto to cut the hood. I also dremmeled out the scoops and made the top of the cowl between the firewall and windshield from scratch. I'll take a pic of that when it's a bit further along. Here's a couple more pics I just took.
  5. Been working on this for a couple months. Planned to have it done by now but I had a couple unplanned house repairs to keep me busy instead. LOL MPC funnycar body, which is dead stock, AMT '70Chevelle chassis and a resin interior from Kevin @ Missing Link. Paint is Ford "royal blue". Wheels are cobbled together from the parts box should measure out to about 19". The inners are Monogram GTO and the rims and tires are from a Monogram '90 ish Vette ZR-1. Paint is cleared and polished out now and most of the trim is foiled but I haven't taken any pics sincethe last ones shown.
  6. I'll have to keep an eye on this one. I'll be doing the same mashup sometime with an unbuilt '70. Won't feel bad about sacrificing the Revell Torino now that it's been reissued with corrected stuff.
  7. Thanks everyone. Nice to see I was remembered.
  8. Merry Christmas to you to Ron. Yea, she was a lot of work. Lots of mods and bits made from scratch and the like.
