  1. I like your use of the old drafting board as a bench, Dann. They were built solid.
  2. Very cool. I'll have to grab a set of these figures, for sure.
  3. That's so cool. I've got one bookmarked for a future purchase, over at the Auto World site.
  4. Nice photos, thanks for posting them. One thing seems for certain, tastes range all over the map.
  5. Two recent deals with Vince (vintagedragcrazy), and both went off without a problem. Real good guy to deal with. Thanks, Vince, I appreciate it a bunch.
  6. Compared to some here, my acquisitions are pretty small, however, they do please me. To that end, I just received this '69 GTX in a trade. It has a minor issue, but I'm confident that that'll get sorted out.
  7. Good info to have. I intend to build the three stooges version, using stock period colors, and the three stooges decals, but probably won't bother correcting the problems, as they seem pretty minor to me, all things considered.
  8. Thanks, Joe. I've always liked the look of the '71 body style, and I seriously like the '68 Charger, so I'll be grabbing one of those for myself as well. Next month I think it'll be the '59 El Camino, for one of my "grail" projects.
  9. OK, while ordering a Christmas present for a friend (the '68 Charger), I also went ahead and threw a '71 GTX in the box for me. Both arrived yesterday (from Model Roundup), and I'm quite pleased with their service.
  10. The real deal, and I do mean real.
  11. Same with Salma Hayek.
  12. Wrong camper, but a nice thought, and I certainly appreciate it.
  13. I recently purchased this kit specifically for the camper, as I intend to do a ’59 El Camino w/camper, just like the one I had as a kid, but the ’59 w/camper seems to be very difficult to find, and way too expensive when I do see them.
  14. OK, I was finally able to grab a kit this weekend, and I chose this nifty ’37 Chevy (40% off), one of two that I’ll end up owning, one to be done up as a gasser, the other as 100% stock.
  15. Nice camper, Brad. I've been considering one of those myself.
  16. This project is so unique, and so cool. I'll be eyeballing this one, that's for sure. Good stuff.
  17. Darn. I would have grabbed them in a heartbeat.
  18. That's a very good point, Nick. Just a month or so ago and not too far from here, a little girl, 6 years old if I recall correctly, was shot to death by some idiot, so yes, being alive at all (and in reasonably good health) is a very good thing.
  19. Thanks. Perhaps the only bad thing about it, is being old enough to receive it!
  20. Received my first social security payment today, so that pleases me. Now I'll have some extra cash to play with, and that is a very good thing for me.
  21. Great, and thanks. I already have some of the AMT stacks bookmarked at Model Roundup. Not real sure when I'll actually get around to buying them, but that's another story.
  22. I like those velocity stacks, Eric. Are they from a kit or AM?
