  1. Our annual swap meet/model contest was held today, and was a great time as always. While I was there, I snatched this kit, as I need some of the parts to finish a stalled T/A.
  2. Fast forward a bit, and here's the current state of this model. I'll hopefully be finished in the next few weeks.
  3. OK, thanks, Steve. I had a '66 Grand Prix, is the reason I ask. I always loved the look of the front end in particular (very GTOish).
  4. Nice, Steve, real nice. Did anyone ever do a '66 Grand Prix?
  5. This is looking really cool.
  6. Skipping way forward, this is where she stands as of now.
  7. I'd completely forgotten about the community/group build section here, G. I'll have to check in there more often.
  8. I recall several years ago, a local chap detailed a 1:48 resin ejection seat and won first place in the Misc category with it.
  9. Works for me, G. I'll look forward to eventually seeing them.
  10. You're a regular tread head all right, G. Any chance you're considering eventually doing a swimming Sherman? I'm not really sure if anyone does a conversion for that or not, but they sure should. What a unique (and sad) concept.
  11. I seem to recall that it was a Dart. I always like that silver and red combination.
  12. I believe it was, yes. Thanks. Dodge Dart perhaps? My memory is fuzzy on that point. (I could just Google it I guess.)
  13. Pretty ambitious. Better you than me. (I like the big pretzel.)
  14. Yep, Paul makes some real nice stuff. Too pricey for me, but I see the kits built on other sites.
  15. Too far for me this year, but perhaps next year,...
  16. There's always some cool stuff at the nationals. And that Z-M Do 335 looks very interesting.
  17. On thing that does annoy me, is someone starting a WIP thread, then continuing that model in another brand new thread, rather than updating the existing one. I don't see it here too often, but it does occur.
  18. It looks good, especially in that smaller scale. I've debated springing for a HKM 1:32 B-25, but still not sure if I want to go that route.
  19. OK, thanks. I assumed as much, but I'm certainly no authority on available scales.
  20. Cool. I'll check it out, assuming you have a WIP here.
  21. OK, thanks, Jonathan, I appreciate that info very much.
