X's 2 Love the two tone paint job. Just wondering about a company logo ? What are you going to do? Construction company? Drilling company? Pipeline outfit? Be Well Gator -

Aaron, Nice work thus far ! Have you resolved you tire issues? An alternative for the ERTL lug tires. You might look at the two piece tires from the older Revell kits. I think that they achieve that older tire look you seek. I am using them on a couple of my projects. And then there is always AITM , I don't think their tires look too new. Especially if mounted on spoke rims. The other thing you may want to consider. Would be adding a stinger to the rear of the truck chassis. Be Well Gator -

Sam, Please accept our condolences and prayers on the loss of your grandfather. Looks like you are getting organized and have a good start on this project. I like the Carolina red and black. As I drov e for them a few times working off the bench , in Miami back in the late 70's. B-61 with a duplex . Be Well Gator -

Jean, Congratulations on your awards. Your models look truly fantastic. And bring back memories from my younger years. I remember seeing this vehicle or one very similar at a car show . And I always liked that Mercury wagon! Be Well Gator

Now that is going to be a sharp looking paint scheme and kinda old school as well. but i was really liking your original monotone paint job. Which is something I am going to do on a couple of projects in the future. Be Well Gator -

Matt, I like your motor. That will be a beast. A suggestion on the motor . Why not just add a thin piece of plastic to the front mount and have the motor sit at a very slight angle??? That way you are not going to weaken the chassis. Be Well Gator -

A big X's 2 The visor looks great. yes it needs to be thinned down a bit. but the idea works because you made it work. now if yopu can just do the visor brackets and match the corners of the visor material ???? that would be neater than cornflakes ! lol On the headlight housing. Why not try cutting the fender in mounting the headlight that way ? Kinda like Frenching the housing ! You have this one going on Darren!! Be Well Gator -
That will make a real nice project .When you get roun to it! Be Well Gator

Darren, I was thinking more centered on the fender and mounted a little bit lower. Like where the pointed part would be centered and just above the bumper???? Be Well Gator
