  1. Hi, drag race folks. I'm starting a 60's era drag car project and it appears it had daisy spokes on the back and spindle mount spoked wheels on the front. Are there any kits out there taht would have these wheels and tires in them? Thanks!
  2. Looking for a set of decals for the Pellegrini 68 Skylark funny car. Someone made one at some point in time. Thanks!
  3. It was super clean. Great art work.
  4. I found that one in a magazine, I think from an east Coast model show (NNA?). I can't remember but it is a clean model build.
  5. This one has been floating around in my mind since I saw a rendering of it a number of years ago. One of my 73 resin bodies with the GTO nose and modified Buick GSX spoiler, resin Lemans interior, scratch built sport steering wheel, engine from a Firebird kit, Fireball resin Holley carb, 68 Cutlass chassis and resin large Honeycomb wheels. A modern take on a "could have been". Carousel Red/Saddle tan combo. Bucket seats, console, dash and tub my own resins. Sport wheel a cut down and modified NASCAR T Bird wheel. Fun so far. I did deviate on the rear spoiler. The Judge wing did not look right. Too big.

    Who did the decals?
  7. That may have been the reason for the reinforcing plates in the rear-to mount the "posts" for the Camaro sway bar to mount to. I wanted this to be as real as possible, and it turned out great, Thanks to Harry and Swede and Tim. All tremendous sources of information. This was kind of a mission build for me after I saw the first picture. It has often been called one of the most beautiful NASCAR cars ever and I agree. It was also probably one of the most innovative cars ever. A real tribute to a bunch of REALLY smart engineers.
  8. Nice build. Something my Swedish friends (from Minnesota) schooled me on.
  9. Swedish?
  10. A good rescue. What's that lurking in the background with what appear to be Laguna window louvers?
  11. I think I have a resin one somewhere. I'll have to look. I bought it for my 76 Buick Century Pace Car project.
  12. I have done one in the past. But not for awhile.
  13. Wow! What a great looking set of builds.
  14. Gerald, you are noting the body line flaws in this kit. I had to do some radical reworking when I did the Baker Olds:
  15. Any decals for it?
  16. What's the end goal here?
  17. Should have come from the factory this way!
  18. It is real close. It does have a distributor cap attached, though.
  19. Very nice work! Great body fit, paint and concept. Nice job.
  20. It's an auto touch up color-I'll post it later tonight.
  21. Both are great looking builds!
  22. Very nice build, Gerald!
  23. John, i did a 73 GTO but the mold is wearing out and the detail is getting fuzzy. I have not made a new mold and that's why I have not put any out for awhile. The molds are expensive and time consuming to make and I have been too busy to do casting for awhile.
  24. People post things and never contact me. I'll see a post occasionally but rarely get messages. That's why we have a message board.
  25. Looks like the Hemi "Rat Roaster".
