Hello, everyone!, its been a very long road, but she's finally done!! I set out to show how it was possible to build it as any kit should be i.e; you can display it both open....AND shut. Its not perfect, but then again, nobodies ever is, and I am actually pretty stoked about how she's turned out. For those of you who have been following along, you know that there is WAAAAY too many things I changed, SB, or added, to be able to write them all down here. There is a 27 page WIP on it that will show it better than I can ever remember, and i'd like to thank everyone who followed along, and supported me with their encouragement!....YOU ALL are VERY much appreciated!!! I also hope to see more of these built in the future....it is an amazing kit, that deserves to be built.

Also, quite often, little smudges, goof-ups, or other, can actually help with realism.....especially when you're into the "Used" look. Even non-perfect windows, that most people get bummed about, actually end up looking more realistic than perfect ones. Unless you're building a trailor queen, MOST windows on cars, regardless of how expensive it is, has surprisingly un-perfect glass.....I learned this going to museums, and car shows.

Hasegawas Lamborghini Miura SV....new update!

Ya, I was always dumb-founded about why they wouldn't have done one either...….its only an important car that wears the title; "First ever super car"!! Those Tilt kits are actually pretty nice....I've built a few. Is this the Urraco you're looking for?; I found it on ebay a few years back.- 213 replies

BEAUTIFUL job!!...I love everything about it!!!
-
Thanks, Bruce!!, i'm actually pretty happy with it, minus the gap between the rocker vent, and the bottom edge of the rear cowl, but in a little bit here, I will be posting how to even fix that, so that the next builder can have Perfect gaps all-way-round!!
-
Thanks, Alex!!, you know how it is, you've done some insane builds yourself!.....heck, just getting that rear cowl on the Tamiya F-40 was a job in its self!! I've come to realize with that kit, and this Pagani, that you wont always be able to fix everything, but to get it as close as possible can work...i.e., all the gaps between body panels on my Pagani. Yes I got everything to fit very well, added a ton of extra detail, but the gaps are still off a bit, so I decided i'd much rather have uniform gapping, than some narrow, and some wider. Symetery is what I like to have with ALL my builds. It doesn't matter who, or how one builds, show me a model that's claiming to be 100% accurate....and i'll make a list why it isn't. -sorry for the ramble, bud! lol
-
Thanks, Tommy!!, I really appreciate all the kind things you just said, but i'm sorry I made you not want to build it, my whole intention was to show people that it CAN be done the way it was intended, and that its not really difficult. I was glad.....driven, to make a path for everyone!....aside from all the insane extras I added, it has enough great detail to stand alone as a beautiful build! _Thanks again, bud!!
