  1. If I can find it I had this motor for over 40 years and wondering what it could have came out of,I am going to put it in a late 70s dodge truck.
  2. I have a couple 216s but would take too much work to make them look like a newer 250.
  3. I almost forgot about the two Hubley metal models he built for me and will have to find them, one is a 30s Packard and a 30 Model A 2 door sedan.

  11. I have some new kits to build but I have been dragging out some restorations to work on,the Mustang gasser and the Kenworth and now I found a MPC late 70s Chevy stepside and a Mustang II that need parts and originally built in the late 70s. Since they have been waiting all these years its time to get them done.
  12. They came as stepsides but I would like to find a wide bed to put on it so are there any other 73-9 GM p/us ever made with a short wide bed except for Monogram 1/24 versions that are too big.
  13. There is another two stroke diesel that sounds just like a Detroit but its a British motor, its a opposed motor but not like you would think and would be hard to describe but I would like to have one in a mid 50s Commer cabover.
  14. What makes those motors so prone to leaking oil,I remember them sitting at traffic lights leaving a few big puddles of oil.
  15. I will remove the manifolds and see how it fits, that is what was hitting the frame.
  16. A Peterbilt back in 74 and I still have some of it.
  17. I do not remember that one.
  18. The chassis is too narrow for the V8 so I will use it for another project.
  19. I found the remains of the Peterbuilt I built back in 74 and it has a V8 Detroit so I need to find another motor, the motor I have is not complete but another complete motor and I am there.
  20. I got them when I was about 14 and a few years before he died and is a miracle that I did not do some modifications to them.
  21. Was this motor ever in any kit,I would like to stick one in the Kenworth I am rebuilding.
