  1. Hi Patrick! Welcome aboard! For future reference click the BB code help button to get your links and pictures to work. Nice stuff by the way! The boat is very cool and I love the truck! Chris
  2. Marc, I ordered White Lightning and Fiery Orange with the clear coat. I want to get some Inca Gold sometime too, but these two colors were the ones I was really interested in. The green interests me as well, but I can see adding this whole line in my paint arsenal. Chris
  3. Nice job Jay! I look forward to your build as I have really thought about dropping the cash for the SM kit. The wheels look fantastic. Keep going! Chris
  4. Well, I have a couple of cans coming to me. Already have a project picked out for them too! Thanks again Marc! Chris
  5. Tim, that looks great! That looks to be a popular color scheme. I see that around our neck of the woods all the time. Your speed building!! Chris
  6. Yeah, that's nice. I see I'm going to have to try and find some of this new paint to try out on my own. Thanks for the spoon test Marc! Looks great. Chris

  8. That looks like it means business! WOW! Color, stance, and the LOOK! Chris
  9. Tonio, they look great, but what colors did you utilize from their new lacquers? I'm guessing Fiery Orange and Revving Red? I've been seeing lots of talk about these and most everyone neglects to tell the color. No shop around here and no one around here will be carrying them. I'd really like to get some Inca Gold and that Fiery Orange. I'll have to hit somewhere online. Thanks for testing and showing Tonio! Chris
  10. Can we have a DONK section please?
  11. LOL Lyle! But, did you like his Camero??? LOL CAMARO Tom, It's beautiful! I really like that color, alot! Nice and clean Chris
  12. Hi Tony and Kenny! Let's see some of your stuff! Welcome aboard! Chris
  13. I came in here expecting to see a red Ferrari! I'm glad it's blue! Very very nice 360! That blue fits it well and your build is very neat and clean. Chris

    350 Z

That's looking really good. I'd go for gun-metal wheels with a chrome lip. Nice progress! Chris
  15. When you first debuted it over on the SH board I was in awe. Just a really cool looking bug and build. So clean and pretty! Chris
  16. I believe this kit will generate as much if not more excitement than the 49 Merc has or did. This car will appeal to a broader range of people IMO. My little head tells me to buy three..... This is definitely one kit I am excited about getting. Chris
  17. I find the best way to get started is by posting a finished build or one you are just starting. Just DO IT! LOL Chris
  18. I've got the same unit Marcos has. American harvest by Nesco. Adjustable temperature and you can stack it as high or low as you want. I can usually put a Tamiya paint stand with body on in mine. I agree also that enamels take at the very least 8 hrs. When i use Tamiya paints I run them through for about 2-4 hours. I too run the temperature at about 105. Here are a few shots of that unit: You can buy extra rings for it as well. Works great for warming cans, drying just washed parts and of course just painted parts. Good investment in my opinion and turn around from the time you paint and back to building all in the same day is priceless. Chris
  19. Welcome aboard! Always great to have new members join. Harry, who don't you recognize from"other" boards! LOL Chris
  20. Wow, clean work! I've started on mine too, but not near as far as yours. Box stock? chris
  21. Just thought I would throw the ebay link to a 1/25 scale set just listed: ebay Bandit decals
  22. I've seen those on ebay. They are not cheap though. Search for Bandit in the model section. Or try finding the kit itself. Chris
  23. That looks great Ismael! Chris
  24. Absolutely perfect color for that car. Stance is perfect too. You've got a great build on your hands. That green has to be one of my favorites. I've yet to paint something with it though. Look forward to it being finished! Chris
