It is amazing how strong these little things actually are, I've joked how I would hate to drive one in the winter through an icy intersection, mainly because if I were to get hit by a large SUV, pick up, or big truck, it would probably bounce around the intersection like a pin ball

Hopefully Saturday will be this nice, got lexan R/C body to shoot and need decent weather for it...............also need to dig up the paint too come to think of it.........

My Aunt got one of those calls a while back, apparently they hang up pretty quick when you tell them you don't even own a computer.................

Problem is, these guys are probably just as bad as some of the owners of these cars are, in their own douchy way. I doubt we would have much to worry about though, my Jeep my be respected enough for them to leave alone then much like your Buick, my 200 (3600lbs) is low enough and heavy enough that they might hurt themselves trying to roll it.

I don't know Charlie, I would be PISSED if one of those Smarts were mine, espcially the '09 since it has the potential to be a total loss because some group of idiots though tipping was a good idea.

Should have seen our floor at work Harry, during the winter we had to mop that floor every night so it looked like from c.r.a.p to so-so for when we opened the next morning. Sometimes it took hours to get it to that point!

I'd say good riddence, sick of that white c.r.a.p still even though it's now all gone here!

Kinda makes one wonder how we would be as a country if the minimum wage had kept up at that kind of pace.

Some of that can be tied to an increase in material and shipping costs (basically oil related) as well as any increase in doing business including other manufacturing costs, managerial costs, advertising costs, licensing costs, ect.

With the previous owners of my store, I was lucky to make that per month, and I was a supervisor!

Compared to what I make, that's pretty good, net or gross.

Considering how microscopic modern turbos are, I wonder how well that would actually work.

We're around $3.90 for regular here, and I got sick enough of it that when I bought my Chrysler 200, I got it with the flex fuel engine. Being the Midwest, E85 has been around $.80-$1.10 less than regular, but do to shipping "issues" related to the extreme cold and such plus the Futures market racketeers the price on that shot up to $3.29-$3.49 around here and a friend up in Michigan saw $3.89 at a couple stations that weren't affiliated with the Michigan YellowHose program (those stations have to sell at a $1.00 discount vs regular or better).

I was expecting something more.........."War Era" or Pre War than that.

Oh, I understand, I managed to wrack up both ankles so bad last night I had to call off at work for today due to barely being able to walk and Portillo's sounds really good right now...... but have no way to get there, no money to spend on it if I could, and I'm unwilling to ask my Dad or Sister to get some for me.
