  1. I actually kinda liked those, had enough seating for 5, a small bed area in the back that could be extended into the rear seating area if needed. Best part was that it was shorter than an crew cab pickup with a real bed, but since that back wall to the cab could be removed, you had a decent sized cargo area, unlike those trucks that have a separate bed that is only a few feet long.
  2. I think "Beer Holder" would be the key words here Or maybe even "Bong Holder"
  3. Why not use that Doberton J-2000 Pro Street for an earlier J-Body Sunbird? It would at least have the right nose and tail to convert a Cavilier over.
  4. I can see this being used here in America, Palm Springs Hollywood, Beverly Hills, ect.
  5. Those Mercedes lights need to go, or at least need to flip them the lean them forward into the wind.
  6. Young guys, they seem to be aiming for the affluent 50 and younger crowd with the latest stuff and an old cop car and it's platform mates won't cut it for the Gen X and younger folks. Crown Vics and the related Grand Marque and Town Car seem kinda geriatric compared to the newer stuff coming out from both Lincoln and Cadillac. I really like the new body lines of both brands and I hope Ford can save Lincoln from going away like Mercury, it will probably take moving the brand away from the retirement home parking lots and Mob ruled areas to do so.
  7. Eh, get a totaled Mini with front end damage, pull the Hemi out of a totaled Hemi Truck or LX car, buy goodies and break out the torches! That would take a lot of Shoehorn Be better off finding a rearended Minivan, Journey, Avenger, or 200 with the Pentastar/6-speed Auto combo and make a SHOgun type pocket rocket out of it Basically this, With this Mounted here, With bodywork like this, For something like these.................in Fiat 500 form! And no you can't have my 200 as a donor car
  8. Just imagine if he had put a twin plug 426 Hemi based motor in it instead! Probably wouldn't have that much hood left on it.
  9. It's one of the new Hemi motors, which are distributorless and use 16 plugs vs 8 right from the factory. I'm just not sure where he's got the coil packs mounted.
  10. Found This!
  11. If it's like the pro street '55 Chevy 2dr wagon I heard the other night, that had to be a pretty healthy whine!
  12. Must be a late model Hemi motor.....makes me wonder if that blower actually works though.
  13. I think he's talking Ford and Chevy bodies, not engines
  14. I'd love to put these on my 200, but just the stock size rims are $840 a piece! http://www.speedtechperformance.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=301/prd301.htm
  15. Ford also dumped their sponsorship Bob Chandler's Bigfoot team a few years ago in favor of Profesional Bull Riding.
  16. That is better, but with the exception of the C4's, most Corvettes were pretty swoopy. Kinda looks like something Bruce Wayne would race on the side though.
  17. I wonder if Force saw it coming, he's been at least partially sponsored by Traxxas and So-Cal Auto Club for a year or so now, they even produce R/C versions of all 4 of his floppers. http://traxxas.com/products/models/electric/6907funnycar Considering the R/C companies pay for licensing to the sponsors just like the plastic model companies do, It's not like they were just spending money on these 1/1 cars when they did get money out of the R/C guys that bought these cars.. Wonder if he will be changing the brand of car the body is made to barely resemble.
  18. Eh, still reminds me of a bar of soap, only with stickers.
  19. I'm pretty sure that is, sounds like he's started building a RWD, 16v Daytona Shelby Z drag car now too!
  20. They look great in when in Shelby trim too, even if there weren't any actual Turbocharged ones produced. They even look good in the burnout box
  21. 2 Ton? Was it the one in Australia with the Merlin engine in it? Those should be less than my Jeep and 200 each weigh!
  22. That is the advantage of that Plasti-Dip stuff I mentioned Nick, you can paint that whole car for a couple hundred dollars and not even need to mask it or have any special place to do the painting.
