  1. Hey now, he was just a tech, not the bean counter that engineered that part
  2. I'll bet that little Saturn has shocked a more than a few people!
  3. That is neat!!!!!!!!!
  4. Almost looks like the table fell on it
  5. Looks nice, Dad had one in white with red interior from '62-'85 when he scrapped it (it was in baaaad shape). It was a driver, a racer, and up until right before I was born, an off road vehicle that would likely go more places than most modern SUV's.
  6. I believe that by buying Lindberg and Co., they did do just that
  7. I wondered the same thing for years now Luc, it would be nice to see them change that.
  8. Nah, some clown would complain about an inaccuracy in the build.
  9. Had one of those monstrosities park next to my Cherokee once and that thing actually completely obscured my little Jeep from view when I approached them......all I could think was, I know I parked right over there, where is it?
  10. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same one, but with a Jewell/OSCO sign on it around the same time at Railroad Days.
  11. I think the latter will be more likely.
  12. I suddenly wish there was an easily acquired AMX kit!
  13. I thought the Corvette was supposed to be aluminum, but there was a strike somewhere in the aluminum industry that made GM decide to stick with fiberglass instead, and the car has been some sort of plastic ever since.
  14. GHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO! NOT THE CHAINLINK AGAIN!!!!!!!! Quick, some body get the BAN HAMMER!
  15. Here's an option for this reissue Apparently it's a real life Darryl Starbird creation too! http://www.remarkablecars.com/1979-illusion-starbird.html Any of you guys want to try and tackle it?
  16. Didn't he have a huge fire that destroyed hit home with this and many more models in it?
  17. No kidding, my '98 Cherokee only has 159k on it and I bought it with 54k drove that almost daily until I bought my 200 (which just hit 17k last week!) last April , even if I hadn't bought that, that Jeep might not have 180k on it by now
  18. Oooohhhhhh, Iike those tires as well as the big and bigger BFG's!
  19. There were a number of commentators on Yahoo who thought that look like a Cylon!
  20. Just thought of few new ones to add to this list.......two are still in production, one isn't available yet, and the other is still a concept vehicle.
  21. Was Robbins a Mopar man? Seems like whenever I see his name on a race car, it's on a Mopar.
  22. More like a Suburban, the Hummer H2 SUT was the Sawzalled Tahoe.
  23. I kinda preferred that look since it is more aggressive looking, the newer ones are too soccer mom mobile (I.E. Tahoe/Suburban) looking.
