  9. I'm getting to the point of not even wanting to comment on a model with a hood that doesn't fit. There seem to be a lot of them lately. Is that so difficult to fix? There was a prolific builder (not this OP) who invested great amounts of time and effort on body modifications and conversions, and did reasonably good work. But every single one of his models had a hood that did not fit - huge gaps or warped panels or mis-fitting contours. It seemed to be his signature. Your model, Walter, looks good on the whole, but it would look 100% better if the hood fit properly. And, this really is meant in the spirit of constructive criticism, not 'bashing.' The mis-fitting hood problem just seems to be far more common than it should be, for such a simple flaw to fix. {Flame suit on.}
  10. Excellent!!
  11. The original concept for this forum was NOT that it would be an electronic romper room.
  12. Outstanding designs, outstanding execution! A little more work on the hood fitment and they would be unbeatable! Great work!

  14. Sad state of affairs when a dude's skill and talent aren't as well stocked as his wallet.

    Sweet!
  16. Same here ~ keep it coming. Love the Studes and all the fascinating history surrounding their development and evolution. I, too, started out young in life (15) with a '53 Stude Champion 2dr coupe purchased from a police auction in '65 . . . it had been abandoned on a city street, towed in, and abandoned. It was straight and clean in the body, chassis and interior departments, but it had no engine or transmission. A local salvage yard cured those problems with late model 327 and a Muncie 4spd. Honest Charley's crossmember/engine mount kit mated chassis and engine. Great car!
  17. Very kewl. A single seat Italian school bus! Seriously, that's a very nice Cavallino.
  18. Seriously sinisterly kewl!
